Absolutely loved the garden! Such a quiet restful stay. The pool was lovely after a long day of driving in the hot sun. The rooms were clean and had everything needed.

Everything was great, from booking to dinner. Room was exceptional with clean linen, friendly hospitality and plenty of space for my puppy Jackson to run. Must stop on the way between CT and JHB

Good for a quick sleepover but not very well setup. Room that we had has a door straight to another room, its locked but very flimsy. Extractor van in the bathroom not effecient at all and water pressure not good. Wifi has aboit 0.8mbps speeds and disconnects the whole time. Staff not friendly and welcoming at all. One thing that it good is you can parl your car inside and there is a lockable gate. Not too impressed.

I am totally appalled by the attitude received by the owner of this property. I found a special online through a booking channel. Being in the industry myself, I know that commission is paid to these booking agencies. I thus thought it would be courteous to call the establishment and ask if they would consider honoring the rate as apposed to me booking through an external channel. She outright refused and told me to go elsewhere which is more in my price range and that I wouldn't ve a good fit for their establishment. She doesn't even know me. I am in total shock that she would chase away business like that! Absolutely rude and no way with dealing with clientele! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Rooms are old cupboard doors were broken no bedlamps barfridge on floor ( you literally have to crouch to access it ) safety gate has no floor slide, it must be lifted and carried to lock. The establishment really need to upgrade a bit.

Decent place to rest if you're driving through. Easy access and very close to N1.

The pictures on the website differ from what we got. Only 2 towels and we were 4. Aircon only blew cold air although we put it on 31. We used it as a slept over after driving 11ours

Pros: Tidy rooms with air conditioning and heaters. Nice towels. Furnished beautifully. Very clean. Showers and baths available. Safe. Spacious. Good service. Cons: The restaurant was a bit slow to deliver. No complementary soap or shampoo. Bathtub had a leak, so couldn't fill up. A bit noisy at night in one of the rooms.

Overnight stay at De Vuur Guest House. Very nice place. Will deffinitely visit again.

Parts are being upgraded but the part we were in was fantastic the rooms are big and comfortable and well stocked with a fridge, microwave and a kettle with tea and coffee. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, hope I get to go back.

Ideal place to over night when travelling. Rooms neat and clean with everything you need. Easy to check in and out.

Very nice rooms but the bed was a bit on the uncomfortable side and the air conditioning wasn't working. But then again, with all this rediculous loadshedding, it wouldn't surprise me if some electronics "crash". But a very nice place if you need an overnight stop on your travels.

Excellent, affordable and comfortable. Was the best few hours of rest I had since I traveled between jhb and CT.

Clean room, comfy bed, pet friendly, overall ok.
