Basic, but the important parts were good. Clean white linen and towels and decent beds - we slept like a baby after a long day of driving. Room had aircon and a ceiling fan, a kitchenette with bar fridge, sink, microwave and kettle. There are braai facilities at the back and front if needed. The whole place has a lot of potential but needs a bit of TLC / upgrading. E.g. terraced garden at the back but only half the rooms open onto the garden, so you don’t even know it’s there. We booked last minute through LekkeSlaap. Price felt inflated for what we got but I guess it’s the demand between Christmas and New Year dictating the price. Breakfast not included.

Sawadee not on Murray Street as stated but close by. We were originally booked inyo Hazeldene but were then moved here. Place was clean. Small shower though. No one on site to welcome us. Had to collect key from restaurant. Good air con and ceiling fan. Bed comfortable. No ice, no wine glasses, fridge not switched on and no ice trays to make ice. No TV. Entrance uneven stone steps not ideal for older generation! Way overpriced for what was on offer. Surroundings not very pleasant. Won't stay here again.

Parking is included in the yard behind a gate. Room was a bit small but it did have a fan and aircon. The bed in our room was hard so I didn't sleep very well. There is a kettle in the room with tea, coffee, sugar, rusks. Bathroom had a nice shower. There is also a braai stand outside which can be used.

Lovely Guesthouse to overnight for a welcoming rest from the road. Variety of room choices and configurations. I loved the fact that there was no TV and wifi, awesome we actually had to indulge in normal conversations

Room is in very good condition! Although we were early they expected us and helped us immediately with our accommodation! Friendly service!

Terrible service. Wait hours for a response after payment is taken just to be told they are full after numbers emails and enquiries. Just to be told i have lots of emails. Very dissapointing for a place that should expect drive thry pguests

Food was delicious Ordered mutton curry and it was made of leg of lamb and Vegetables devine

Lovely halfway stop between Pretoria and Mosslbay. Just of the N1 and N9 freeways. The hosts are lovely people and we always enjoy the stay. Rooms are spacious and well kept with both shower and tub. Family room sleeps 6 people with mini frige, kettle and microwave. Safe parking even when you have a trailer. Thanks for a great evening.
