Chandrasekhar singh sth chief minister of bihar in 1984.. its location is between Rajendra bhawan guest house and Ashoka guest house. People walk here in morning and in evening and enjoy the beauty of nature. Its is well maintained by ntpc kahalgaon.3 people found this review helpful 👍
