Very bad service. You have to wait more than 1hr and still no surety about your food getting served. Staff doesn't listens to you and owner doesn't care. It's better if you eat from roadside

Food quality was awesome but service was too poor, It took more then 30mints to prepare our starter. There was no any waiter around which makes little digusting about the place. Overall u will enjoy the dinner with beautiful lights around if they improve there service.

Well!!! The place is good to eat with friends and family. No can't go on date here 🤓. Anyways.... The food is good. We ordered fried rice, mushroom Manchurian with gravy, veg noodles, chicken noodles, veg rolls and cold drink. The quality of food is good however its expensive . They did add gst, ist, some food tax, chair tax, sitting tax, eating tax bla bla bla....🤬 . The most irritating part is - they don't have online payment option 🤬 which is rather not so obvious because 90% of the stores and restaurants in Kahalgaon do have online payment service💳. These people are still working on Cash💸🥴 plus they won't give a auto generated bill with all the Gst , taxes details🧾 . So technically the Restaurant are fooling the customers and saving the 8% gst+tax in there pockets💰💰💰💰. The cashier at the counter is rude unless you are some big shot#apnabihar#apnakahalgaon . All the facilities are available food 🍲 quality is also good, no of staff are less which they take more time to prepare food. Price range is also fairly low instead of being an international Hotels & Restaurant 🍴. There is only one way of payment that is cash no card are accepted here. Room service is also good low cost rooms are available here. ☺

Wait 30 min for waiter to take order and another 1hr for food....waited another 30 min for food .Worst service

Service is pathetic. Don't get me started on the food quality. We ordered tea and pakode. Guess what they served us tea within minutes of our order. So quick.. here's the twist. Pokodas came 15 mins later. And it's almost the same with everything. If you'll order noodles and munchuriyan. They'll serve you either manchurian or noodle and will wait for that dish to get over. Then they'll serve the other. It was a unique experience in itself. Well i got to know one thing after visiting this place.. common sense is not so common here.

Today I visited here. Pathetic staff. One Bald person was talking his lunch in restaurant from his tiffin. He simple said if you are ordering a handsome amounting items then only you can enter. What a great welcome. We prefer to return. Thanks to management. Ish tarah se kahalgaon ka naam roshan kar doge aaplog.
