Excellent place. Very nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff!!! Great view!

We had a very good stay here! Every single corner of the property was finished beautifully renovated. The food we ate here was delicious - definitely the truffel pasta (portions on the rather small side though). A single remark would be that the pool area can get quite crowded and loud when there are a lot of children. I believe it would be better to also put some chairs on the surrounding grass fields.

We had our wedding here beginning of June. Roberta, Antonio, Cristina and Andrea were wonderful! So accommodating and friendly. Welcomed all our guests and nothing was too much. The place itself is beautiful and relaxing. Would highly recommended this place to everyone! Thank you so much! L&A

Spent one week of our honeymoon here. Wonderful place, wonderful owners. Great pool with a beautiful view. Everything (landscape, pool, etc.) really looks as good in reality as it looks in the pictures. Nice and quiet as it's not in the middle of a town/village (don't come here without a car). We'll definitely come back here in our next Tuscany visit.

Beautiful and comfortable with modern amenities within a superb new Tuscan architecture rebuilt B&B out by itself in the country. Relax at a zero edge pool while looking onto a lush green valley with a walled historic city on the horizon 20 minutes away. Friendly and light hearted staff make this a real find. Super! Hier is niets negatiefs over te melden. De families die de B & B runnen zijn vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Iedere dag verzorgen zij desgewenst een heerlijke lunch en met regelmaat een diner op het terras met schitterend uitzicht over Toscaanse valleien. Het ontbijt is voldoende en wordt netjes gepresenteerd! De kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is van ruime afmetingen en keurig schoon. De locatie is prachtig en rustig gelegen en minder dan een half uur rijden van Volterra en San Gimignano. Absolute aanrader!

This place was my sister and I's highlight of our Italian trip! The manager is the sweetest, the kindest, we had the best welcome! Every morning we had the same table for breakfast because we arrived early to enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside. The food was delicious and the manager brought us as many cappuccino's as we liked every morning. We had the best service. During the day you can lay down by the pool and order some drinks. it's so calm and relaxing. Our room was extremely clean and spacious. The lobby is the cutest, the light in the morning is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about this place, I still dream about it and would go back anytime! What a wonderful place !

Friendly staff, espectacular view, fresh & good complimentary breakfast!!! Beautiful and rustic place to stay with parking lot onsite. We love it!! Only 20min away from San Gimignano, a gorgeous town 🫶🏻Highly recommended
