I went to Dr. Ricci's office in December 2023 for a problem that occurred while I was in Florence on holiday. I wanted to thank the doctor and all his staff for the availability with which I was given the emergency appointment (less than 2 hours after my call) and the professionalism and competence with which the "problem" was resolved promptly. 2 sessions close together. Without feeling any discomfort or pain, not even the anesthesia needle. It is rare these days to be welcomed with such kindness, dedication and competence. 5 stars are the minimum that can be recommended, the doctor and his collaborators fully deserve all the positive reviews that have been written for him. Coming from a bad experience, I was very skeptical about finding a good dentist to help me resolve my teeth situation, which was particularly complex due to periodontitis. So I was forced to look for a new studio. I must say that the Aurea clinic made an excellent choice. I found in Dr. Ricci Alessandro, a person attentive to my needs, empathetic, available, scrupulous, professional, highly competent and updated in the most innovative methodologies that he was able to adapt to my situation. He put me at ease right from the first visit, he managed to reassure me and the "fear" of the dentist disappeared. The Dr. Ricci performed implant surgery on both arches in a single day, under conscious sedation. I must say that I didn't feel any pain, I didn't have any problems and within two days I already had all my teeth in my mouth. Beautiful, clean studio and state-of-the-art machinery. The competence, professionalism, kindness and friendliness of all the staff was fundamental, I felt welcomed and cared for like family.
