The
best
salted
caramel
in
all
of
Florence
but
unfortunately
the
Caldine
shop
has
completely
changed
in
the
space
of
6
months.
The
environment
is
cold,
not
welcoming.
The
external
furniture
currently
saves
the
internal
one,
because
it
is
nice
and
clean.
The
staff
is
not
trained.
I
asked
for
a
cone
made
up
of
two
flavors
and
although
one
fell
on
one
side
I
had
to
ask
the
shop
assistant
for
a
small
spoon
to
re-compact
everything
and
she
told
me
I
could
take
it
myself.
I
then
had
to
insert
my
hand
into
an
open
tray
full
of
scoops,
positioned
near
the
cash
register
behind
other
foods
for
sale.
Once
upon
a
time
the
ice
cream
was
embellished
with
a
cascade
of
chocolate
cream,
offered
by
the
ice
cream
shop,
but
even
though
I
was
the
only
customer
I
did
not
receive
any
requests
in
this
regard.
Certainly
not
an
oversight
by
the
busy
shop
assistant
given
the
desertedness
of
the
shop.
I
found
that
in
addition
to
showing
little
attention
to
customer
service,
the
sales
assistant's
request
to
procure
the
shovel
for
me
independently
was
not
at
all
hygienic!
I
would
like
to
point
out
that
I
was
part
of
the
staff
of
this
ice
cream
shop
in
times
when
its
standards
both
in
terms
of
product
quality
and
staff
training
were
very
high.
I
left
shortly
before
a
company
restructuring
took
place,
the
consequences
of
which
unfortunately
I
am
experiencing
today.
