I
just
want
to
say
that
everybody
at
this
business
is
a
top
notch
professional.
From
my
initial
conversation
with
Sierra
(hopefullly
spelled
correctly)
to
my
interaction
with
Sam
to
my
encounter
with
Shay
and
then
to
my
conversation
with
Dr.
Popa.
Each
and
every
one
of
these
people
are
consummate
professionals.
I
had
an
emergency
with
my
tooth
and
Sierra
worked
above
and
beyond
to
get
me
in
to
their
busy
practice
immediately.
I
don’t
mean
same
day,
I
mean
within
20
minutes
of
my
call.
Then
Sierra
and
Sam
jumped
through
those
insurance
hurdles
to
make
sure
I
was
covered
and
would
not
be
self-paying.
Then
there
was
Shay,
the
hygienist,
who
demonstrated
technical
knowledge
way
above
her
pay
grade.
I
thought,
with
her
skill
and
knowledge,
that
she
was
the
doctor.
She
could
have
worked
on
my
issue
and
I
would
have
been
none
the
wiser
that
she
wasn’t
the
dentist.
Dr.
Popa
was
very
gracious
when
I
met
him.
Made
me
feel
extremely
comfortable
and
let
me
know
everything
that
was
going
on
with
my
train
wreck
of
a
mouth.
From
the
beginning
to
the
end
all
of
these
people
were
fantastic.
If
you
need
any
kind
of
dental
work
done,
this
is
definitely
the
place
to
go.
I
don’t
give
out
five
stars
to
anyone.
If
I
have
then
you,
in
my
mind,
went
above
and
beyond
just
doing
your
job.
