I have just started going here and I’ve had Cindy do my nails. She has an eye for detail and does a great job. Very happy will continue to see Cindy.

Disappointed last time I went 2 weeks ago. New staff, less skilled, made a mess of my nail shaping, no consistency, she didn’t care or offer to fix them. Have been a regular for 1 year now but will look elsewhere now.

The Nail Bar in Edwardstown is hands down my favourite nail salon. Everybody is always so lovely, they're always running on time and it's one of the best priced salons I've been to. Nancy at Edwardstown is amazing, she is a perfectionist and she makes my natural nails look fantastic every single time - I am never unhappy or disappointed. 5 star service for sure!

Disappointing. Poor customer service. Poor attention to detail. Poor quality. Would NOT recommend. Asked for refund after my fingers and cuticles were bleeding for 2 days from the heavy duty filling and low quality products used. A refund was refused. I was offered for more cutting of the cuticles while I stood there with red raw fingers. Shocking experience.

Gorgeous work everytime, gentle on the nail beds, wide range of quality products, and fantastic staff with eye for detail. Had a fault once, repaired perfectly.

Had acrylics done and then a pedicure. Amazing! My nail techs were so friendly and I love my nails. Thanks girls! ❤️

Caitlin at glam nails Castle Plaza has just given me the loveliest customer service! I came in 20 minutes before closing time requesting a shellac colour change on my sns tips that I had initially done elsewhere and wasn’t happy with, (I only requested them being painted with shellac because I thought it was going to be the quickest way to make them look presentable) she stayed back after closing time and offered to redo them completely, and she made them look perfect. She kept a smile on her face the whole time, made conversation and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Thank you!!

EDIT: three days of ‘shellac’ and chipping off toes. My usual last until I pay to get it removed. Worst salon ever experienced. Paid for deluxe pedi, 1 hour treatment to commence at 4:30. 5pm before sat in chair. Washed feet, presented to shape but file barely touched nails. Had to ask for them to shape nails, no buffing, no callus treatment, no paraffin. 1 hour took 30 mins. Had to ask a number of times for the treatment inclusions including to cut nails and shape them. Not straight, sharp and uneven. Had to show them the treatment menu and what was included the $98 package. Finally got the inclusions but poor quality. I’d have stayed and got nails done again but honestly already been 90 mins since start of booking. Parrafin bag taken off feet and told I’m done. Not wiped off or dried at all. Feet were slippery and I had trouble walking then found they had dropped parrafin over the Xmas presents (clothes) in the bag next to me. Offered for me to get them cleaned myself and send them the bill, two days before Xmas, right. Then tried to send me out without the manicure I also booked for. Disappointing especially for excessive fee I paid to essentially have a foot wash and polish. Then charged me more than menu stated, when queried why I was told it was surcharge for using a card not cash! Thats only ‘cash price’. They did provide me a gift voucher to come back as they wanted me to come back tomorrow as I couldn’t stay any longer then the two hours I’d already been here.

I really liked my nails but they charge you more than what expected. If it was more affordable I would visit more often.

I wanted to get acrylics for my 16th birthday but I wasn't sure what to get. The staff was super helpful and friendly and they showed me some of their designs and from Instagram and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I was pretty indecisive, but they were super patient with me. All the staff was extremely lovely. The nails turned out amazing and I left the store super happy. Would definitely recommend!

She was so rushed to go out with her friends and didn’t care what my nails looked like… i paid near 100 bucks for a refill that looked hideous. Disgusting behavior.

Horrible customer service over priced took them 2 hours to do a acrylic set and also she done one of the nails dogy and I told her over and over it was dogy she kept saying she would fix it was a still dogy at the end and she tried saying I Diddnt tell her over and over wouldn’t recommend going
