I recently had the pleasure of visiting Inizio and had my hair styled by wonderful Elena. I explained my desired look, and she executed it flawlessly, something I haven't experienced with many other hairdressers. Elena's attentiveness throughout the process, constantly checking if I wanted any specific details, was great. The end result exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Elena, for your amazing skills!

Had the BEST experience here!! I had a stylist named Alyssa and she really took my hair to the next level. I was able to give her a vague idea of what I wanted, and she made it better than I could have imagined. The products she used smelled great, I loved the cleanliness and vibe of the salon, and I looked fabulous. I got a haircut, full foil highlights, wash and condition, toner, and blow-dry for less than $150. Will definitely be coming back here!!

Elena at Inizio Hair Salon worked some serious magic on my mother, who was reluctant to do anything crazy but has experienced some lasting hair loss after her fight with cancer several years ago. Elena styled in a clip on bang in a way that looked so natural and chic. My mother looked great all through the afternoon and evening for my wedding photos! Thank you, Elena! Diego is not a hair stylist - he’s a hair artist. He literally makes magic out of my graying hair. I’m so glad he’s at Inizio Salon because the vibe and culture is just so welcoming and fun. Some people may think spending a couple hours for root color, highlights and a cut is digging into personal time but I look forward to it every 8 weeks. It’s amazing to feel like you’re among friends while being made to look gorgeous <3

They lied about pricing. Charged me 170$ for an updo that isnt even over the neck. I called and asked for the money back. They tell me theyll reach back out but i haven’t heard from anyone. Jayson himself said it was just a blow out not an updo, but as soon as he left, the receptionist was very rude, and kept saying, “if it’s up then its an up do,” in the most condescending way possible. Please you be the judge. Is this blowout worth 170$ or is this place a ripoff? Please give me my money back as is right, because ive asked 3 different salons and every woman I know, and this is NOT a 170$ updo. Reply to Jason: the updo was 150, with a minimum 20% tip, so I paid 180, plus 20 for the product. Your receptionist refused to discuss with me the price and insisted that if it is up then it is an up do. I did tell her that this was not what we agreed and i was told 57, to which she kept repeating that if it’s up, it’s an up do :) you took advantage of me because i was a man and because my mom didnt speak english. Plain and simple. And if you knew you were right you would have returned my calls and explained this to me in person. Rather, you evade my calls and want to lie on Google. Since you didn’t want to discuss this, I posted. Not the other way around ;) if you actually cared about your guests like you claim, you would have returned my calls and negotiated with me on Friday. Rather, your receptionist was rude and you evade my calls and lie on Google. This could have been solved by you returning my call yesterday and explaining what happened. You chose to double down on something wrong you did, and on taking advantage of an old lady that doesnt speak English.

Oh my goodness, let's chat about the fabulous ginger magic at Inizio! Camelia worked her enchanting hair wizardry, rescuing my dry curls and bringing them back to life. The entire crew over there treats you like a long-lost friend. Seriously, if you haven't experienced this hair haven yet, do yourself a favor and get in on the goodness! They do naturalistas who want the occasional blowout with a flat iron bump! Elena took my 4B coils to bone straight in less time than it takes to get a full tank of gas at Costco!!! She was super quick, gentle with my hair and the end result was fabulous. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend Elena!

Showed up on relatively short notice, only called 2 days ahead of the desire date. The owner took my appointment and she did was wonderful job on my curly hair! All the workers were very warm and welcoming. I would recommend coming here for a professional haircut in a place that feels like a warm home.
