I was a long term resident and the place was great.Staff were also great.Only downside is the rooms facing Tynte st are a little noisy sometimes.Excellent location too.

Nice clean building and rooms but it needs an elevator!! Not everyone has knees that can climb two floors up!!

My wife & I have stayed here 4 times over the last 5 months and are delighted with the studios we have been allocated. All the fittings and amenities are top-class, well maintained and superbly clean. We have been able to spend up to 4 days here without needing to venture out: the kitchen area is fully equipped, and the bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. An added advantage is secure, locked parking for our car. My requests have always been efficiently fulfilled by courteous, friendly staff.

Great location - good parking options (though not when checking in as there’s no temporary parking out the front ... so if the street parking full, too bad). North Adelaide has lots of food/entertainment options. The rooms are great - stylish, and spacious - with good amenities. Only complaint is they don’t have a reception desk - don’t like having to phone to get in (and having to give credit card details over phone on the sidewalk)... other than that, would definitely recommend for short or medium length stay.

This is a great location central to restaurants shops and a good supermarket. Its got the option of eating in or out. Is also very securr.

Great apartment, only letdown was we were put up 2 flights of stairs. Partner having foot surgery day after we booked in. Many empty rooms could have been settled on ground floor. Secure parking & handy to both city and hospital.

Fantastic location in North Adelaide, very close to the buzzing O'Connel street. Close to great place to eat, great old pubs and a 24hr bakery. Foodworks is close by as well. Off street secure parking and secure entry. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great facilities such as washer & dryer in room, a well stocked kitchen with cooking facilities and the standard amenities. In room dining is available as well from a variety of local restaurants.

A quite & cozy apartment with everything you need, including washer, drier & washing powder. Located close to several restaurants, service station & shops. Has secured off street parking. Only concern is that the apartment is serviced weekly from check in date, however reception can be contacted if additional items are require to be topped up.

Good value for the price and good location, i.e. close to restaurants, etc. But I was not told that you have to check in elsewhere, about 20 minutes walk away! It is very irritating after being dropped off and tired after a long day of traveling. Also, it's under a flight path, so sometimes I was kept awake. Internet is free and unlimited but slow! You have to log in manually via a web page each time. Overall, I was reasonably satisfied but would not stay there again. The niggles are each minor but they add up.

Good placed accommodation in the city centre. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and public transport. The room is comfortable and clean, the kitchenette has basic amenities for simple cooking. Parking is paid, $15 per day.

Small yet comprehensive kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, boiler, sink and fridge. Enough plates and cutlery for your room size, although bring your own tools for washing dishes. There's also access to a washing machine in the restroom along plus shower with supplied soap, shampoo and conditioner. A comfy stay, would recommend.

Stayed here recently for 6 days and enjoyed the stay. The only problems were with the shower and noise from other people. The water pressure and heat was terrible and noise from people in adjacent apartments wasn’t good. When I wanted to get hot water it took ages for the water to warm up from both the taps and shower and the water pressure was barely enough to get you warm while having a shower. The noise seemed to carry between rooms and echoed making it hard to sleep. However, the people were probably partying so this didn’t help but the noise still seemed to come through the walls pretty easily. The apartments are centrally located within walking distance to shops and an IGA where you can buy things you require such as toilet paper and general goods. It’s close to public transport that will take you into the Adelaide CBD within 20-30 mins. The street was pretty quiet and I was happy with the location. The secure parking is good, especially if you have a hire car. You need to check-in at another location which is fine and you don’t need to return to the check-in location upon departure so this makes things easier. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
