Dove Street Reserve

Park

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Nice spot to sit. The gazebo is showing its age a little but it adds charm. Just needs a little maintenance maybe. It's not huge and while it's often quiet, the locals swing through regularly with their dogs. It's a nice spot for lunch and/or a bit of bird watching. It's just the regulars, you know,... People often mention playground, park, great,

Nice spot to sit. The gazebo is showing its age a little but it adds charm. Just needs a little maintenance maybe. It's not huge and while it's often quiet, the locals swing through regularly with their dogs. It's a nice spot for lunch and/or a bit of bird watching. It's just the regulars, you know, Magpies, Indian Mina's, Swallows, and pigeons. If you're lucky they'll put on a bit of a show for you, like the swallows flying at high speed hunting for insects just above the grass.

Beautiful little playground with exciting play equipment to explore (e.g. flying fox, rope swing, pendular swing, monkey bars, etc), completely fenced. Beautiful space for picking, playing and enjoying nature in the middle of suburbia.

Great space, with fenced playground; which includes an accessible nest swing; seating, rotunda, green space, trees for shade, and the 'Holy grail' of playgrounds.... toilets! Popular with dog walkers and kids alike, this reserve is well serviced with plenty of bins close to the public BBQ area. Lush green grass in the middle of summer, a great location for a picnic.

Worked till early morning today on a night shift and wanted somewhere safe to park and nap a bit before my afternoon shift. I felt super safe in the area. Woke up to a gorgeous morning and a walk around the park. The toilets were pristine and I'm picky about where I go cause a gross place just makes my body go nup! Not happening here. The planes are fun to look at. The families in the area are pretty chill. The birds are probably too friendly but I don't think that is a bad thing, just means people are kind to the wildlife here. The trees were having a really good day. I'd have stayed longer but it was getting pretty warm.

A great place to take your children or even your dog. An enclosed playground with new play equipment, clean toilet facilities, a half court basketball hoop, plenty of grass areas and a large rotunda for events like a child's birthday or just having a lunch. There are two free BBQ's and a water fountain for kids and dogs alike. There is also a group who meet each evening to have their dogs have a play.

This is a lovely park for the neighborhood. It has bbq facility, table and chairs for picnic. The park is large enough for dogs running around. The kids play ground is also very nice. We love this park.

Great playground for kids. Playground area fenced in and some great play equipment including a kids flying fox. Lots of seating in park, council BBQ available. Heaps of space for you and your dog to enjoy..Vary rare these days is a public toilet block but yep there is one here.

Excellent undercover playground with nice native trees and bird life. A sanctuary for both children and parents.

A lovely reserve with a rotunda(and power point!) and clean toilets! Yay! When I went in the toilet block, however, no toilet paper in one cubicle and the door to the other cubicle wouldn't shut! We did enjoy our time there, though.

Had a lovely picnic lunch here on Sunday with a friend. It was great under the trees and there were no other people there to annoy us.
