So get on down to Cashies, mate, you know it'll change your life! So get off the floor, head out the door, forget eBay, they'll charge you more. And lose your life at Cashies, mate.

Cash converters is like a centrelink waiting room And they don't respond to your offers for items your selling in a business day as they clearly advertise on their website but would rather just never respond at all. Going there in person you would find that service is just non existing and your waiting around forever honestly not worth it You wait forever, and they never respond to your emails.... might as well just keep your items oe throw them away.

The guys and gals at cashies Glynde were wonderful to deal with. I ordered on-line and the service was fast and efficient from purchase to despatch. I was looked after by Kylie and i must say...its so refreshing to come across someone who loves their job (you can tell from her positive attitude)...yes,it was email correspondence but you could still tell. Item was in VGC and was well packaged. A wonderful shopping experience,thanks guys : )

Guy at the front didn't know what he was doing nor did he care. Be careful when you buy disks or games. He asked us, the customers, if one of the disks he had was for the correct game. And one game was the wrong disk. Didn't know till we came home which is an hour away. Not coming here again.

Extreamly dry service by the older man that works there. Was not friendly or professional at all and didn't help much with anything I was asking for. Was not a great experience! I went to another cashies location and I received the complete opposite service from staff.

I sold them an iPhone and got less than $20 for it and they are trying to sell it for $200 ! Do you always take advantage of people that sell to you or just people you don't deal with regularly ??? Big middle finger to the guy in the buys section to the side. They were saying they cant sell it for much because its so old. Last time I go to this store. Every interaction has been terrible.

I think the older man might of had laryngitis. I purchased something and he did not utter a word to me. All your staff need an update on customer service!!! No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, very disappointed in you Cash Converters Glynde.

Went in today to look at their range of laptops as my old one has died and I need one for uni. I was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome and smile, dealt with Braeton who was more than happy to help me find the right laptop and even got me a great price. 10/10 will be back

I purchased a security camera off this store through Gumtree. The transactions was quick and effortless to arrange and pay. Unfortunately Australia Post dropped the ball and lost the package, but the store was kind enough to take the loss which Australia Post was not willing to refund, even after I offered to share it. This was not expected from a store where they already fulfilled all their obligations. Highly recommended and the nicest people.

Always get looked after by the staff, management, and the owner/operator himself. Highly recommend, whether just for a browse of the retail floor, or if wanting to get some finance against your personal goods. Not the largest shop, but has a respectable range and it is far from the smallest either. Having had issues at multiple other branches now over the years, these guys have never let me down and in my honest opinion have set themselves apart and are a cut above the rest. Certainly when it comes to the most important aspect of the customer experience, which is first and foremost the quality of their service. For this reason and their generally very fair and reasonable pricing, along with being trustworthy enough to hold belongings for the duration of a loan and consistently return them in the same condition, the Glynde Cash Converters are now, personally, the only choice for me when it comes to doing this kind of business. If I could rate a 6th Star, I would. 👌

Bought an item that they had had for a while but the manager still wouldn't budge on the price. Salesman was polite and helpful.

Braeton was a standout salesman. Communication was A+ and item was as per description with prompt shipment.
