Really
disappointed
in
the
service
tonight.
Always
thought
the
guys
were
friendly
and
helpful
in
the
past.
I
never
realised
that
there
was
only
one
express
lane
and
the
other
two
were
browse
in
lanes…
there’s
been
a
lot
of
times
in
the
past
that
I’ve
stopped
behind
someone
who
had
left
their
vehicle
in
the
“express
lane”
while
they
browsed
and
have
had
to
wait
for
them
to
move
but
today
was
different.
Today
as
I
drove
into
BWS
there
was
a
transit
van
sitting
in
the
“express”
lane
in
the
outside
part
of
the
lane,
making
sure
that
the
next
person
that
may
have
come
along
behind
me
didn’t
have
to
stop
in
the
road
I
pulled
into
the
middle
lane
of
the
drive
thru
unaware
that
it
was
a
browse
lane.
I
sat
there
for
5
minutes
(I
was
the
only
vehicle
there)
watching
the
guys
in
the
store
filling
the
fridges
and
chatting
to
each
other
and
even
tho
they
saw
me
sitting
in
the
car
with
the
engine
running
not
once
did
they
acknowledge
me
or
come
over.
Sensing
that
something
was
wrong
I
got
out
of
the
car
and
walked
in
and
asked
why
no
one
had
served
me.
I
was
told
that
the
reason
was
because
I
was
in
the
browsing
lane
-
despite
being
the
only
vehicle
in
the
drive
thru
at
the
time.
I
didn’t
make
a
purchase
at
the
store
out
of
principle
as
I
think
that
the
service
was
pretty
poor
and
I
was
so
disappointed
that
someone
couldn’t
have
come
out
and
at
least
let
me
know.
It’s
times
like
this
that
really
make
me
wonder
what
humanity
is
turning
into.
