My husband was not happy with his fish taco. It was over cooked yet still soggy some how. My vegitarian quesadia was OK. It could have used some onion.

Usually the taco trucks like this get the best ratings in town and it's for a reason. They serve up yummy food. I got the Walla Walla burrito because ... Well we were in Walla Walla after all. The onions definitely stood out as the signature agreement and I loved it.

huge fan! la monarca is one of the taco trucks i use as measuring sticks to compare every taco truck in my travels. sure aren't many as good and ran by such nice people. get the green sauce!!!

Tacos were stuffed with plenty of meat seasoned to perfection. The sope was perfectly crisp, yet chewy with a mound of tasty meat and toppings. And the five salsas to choose from were absolutely delicious. I wish I lived closer to Tacos Monarca...would eat there probably too often.

Found this food truck while in Walla Walla on a work trip. The ordering process was easy and the young lady at the counter was very helpful explaining the menu to us. I got a Gordita and let me just say it was hands down the best I have ever had. If you love Mexican street food this place has it all!!

Very good tacos and sopes. Would have given it Five Stars if the tortillas for the tacos were a little more toasted to give it more texture. Otherwise a tasty meal any day.

Pretty good Mexican food. Very much enjoyed the Walla Walla burrito.

Ehh doesn't match up to the many hyped up reviews. The chicken was super dry and bitter, smells like they're using cinnamon in their spice blend which will go bitter if cooked to hot. The asada was okay. The beans in the burrito though sketched me out, odd gritty paste that didn't get a second bite. Only went here because our fave spot was closed. Lingua wasn't dry though it was a overcooked mushy paste. Won't be returning.

I had the very delicious asada version of the Walla Walla taco. I'll be back ASAP.

Disclaimer: If I were religious taco trucks would be a part of my religion. Great taco truck, tasty eats, friendly service. Mostly writing a review to remark that the meat portions in the tacos were very pleasing! A good 1.5-2 times more than the last truck we visited, but at the same price.

Everything was amazing. From the salsa to the shrimp. It was all good and fresh!!
