My children are 3rd generation at this clinic. Dr. Monahan was a pioneer and outstanding doctor who gave his life to this place. Dr. Griggs was one of the few who understood this original purpose. He fought for my downsyndrome son as if he were one of his. We miss him. Now people have forgot about the purpose of this place. Where is your dignity. Where are the smiles and desires to serve the poor. I'm not giving up on you but PHARMACY, why are you making this a negative experience? Why are you treating us with the whatever mentality.

Unprofessional, didn't even call me to let me know my appointment was rescheduled and made me drive 30 minutes out. Need better front desk.

Hard to schedule appointments always wants us to call back and when we call they are already booked or not scheduling for those dates (3 weeks ahead) Called the administrator’s office and was transferred to her/his assistant, who doesn’t even bother to call back. Administrator doesn’t return calls. Is a mess. Love the doctor though. I’m getting my girls out of here!!

So polite and helpful! I love the staff here! They are well organized and very efficient. I appreciate that they order tests needed and not a lot of extras. Dr. Stephanie Hanson is amazing! She takes time to listen to concerns. Checks all medications as I was a transfer patient and suggested a test I had never had done. She was right, I was low and needed to remember to take my vitamins daily. My Mom also transferred and she ordered a test to check out a concern and Dr. Hanson was correct. We hope this will help my Mom. I appreciate Dr. Hanson taking the extra time to listen to my Mom! Very happy!

They have an excellent dental office here. The employees and providers are always helpful and friendly. They work with lots of insurances or provide a sliding scale payment. I have had the same dentist for 3 years he is great.

I can honestly say I loved the nurse Ortega she was delightful to talk to good bedside manners. However, Dr. Hernandez was not what I was expecting she came into the room accusing me of refusing a test when I simply had stated to the nurse I wasn’t able to take it that day also I wanted to know about other options, rather than going over my options with me (which I have researched on my own) Dr. Hernandez flat out stated there were no other options, which I understand she is busy but as a mother that’s not what I wanted my OB to say or do. I felt her distant, not willing to carry a conversation or hear my concerns, we are not sure if we will continue with OB in the future.

They only have one doctor then they tell you to come in during emergency hours and for some reason they still can’t see you during emergency hours I guess I should just deal with the pain. You guys seriously need to hire more doctors this isn’t fair to the rest of us

The best experience I’ve ever had during a dental procedure, from check in to check out. Dr. Garcia was very informative in explaining what the process was, and the assistant (I believe Ada) that helped me asked if I was doing okay several times throughout the process, making me feel very well taken care of. I went during emergency hours, I am pain free now, thank you dental team!

I been waiting on my Covid19 results for 4 days and its Saturday May 9 and have been calling all morning and Its 11:46 am now and to one has picked up the phone. Its really frustrating wen I can't even give my work answer about the results and my husband not been able to come home because of not knowing the result. I wish they would just pick up and let me know how much longer I need to wait I happen to work in a pharmacy so its really important.

Not happy at all over the fact that the pharmacy and lack of scheduling staff are all in a company meeting for the day. I wasted gas and time going to get my prescriptions. It would be nice if you could post your all staff meetings on your website or your phone recording. (So easy to do). Iam sure I am not the only one that feels this way. Thanks

My visit with Sara was awesome! Met with Chris R. Who is to be my primary care. Very knowledgeable personable doctor, a good fit for me. I had to double check where I was... felt like a different clinic compared to my visits with the doctor who was in the position of primary care couldn't care less and the nurses reflected the same attitude. So I say, "Well done to YVFWC with Sara & and chris,in my opinion, hit a home run! ~ Mark Moody

Went in for labs, my order had expired so reception had to call my doctors nurse. While on that call she got the okay but stayed on the line talking about personal stuff with the other person. She realized I was still in front of her waiting for an okay to proceed to the lab and put that caller on hold. Could’ve/should’ve waited for her private convo with the other person. Lab was quick.

Receptionist Liz, went above and beyond to schedule me in even though I was late for my appointment. Dr Calayan is the best doctor ever, he always sits and listens to my concerns, tales his time with me, not in a hurry like others do. He's the best

I loved our first experience my son has been with farm workers since he was born but we just moved to Toppenish from. Yakima and this office is way better then the one in Yakima
