I went here years ago and the dentist was such a total a$$hole that I never went back. Fast forward to today when I find myself in need of a cleaning beyond my budget and think of returning just to see that nothing has changed. Advise to the public: If your broke with no other dental options then prepare to be treated like scum and suck it up. Advise to the employees: If your unhappy with your job then take the initiative to leave, and if that is the only clinic that will hire you then show a little decency to those who are also limited in options. If you aren’t able to work somewhere else and we aren’t rich enough to go somewhere else either then we’re the same, so be kind to one another.

I love this dental clinic. It’s always a good experience. Easy to make appointments, and always great service!! I actually even got educated by one of the hygienist here she taught me things I was never told at previous dentist offices about cavity prevention and overall oral health. I’m so thankful to be able to have access to oral care and have an affordable dentist. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing care but on a budget.

I just got my teeth clean today and my dental hygienist Mrs. Ronnie was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and did a great job. She also took the time give me helpful advise to keep my teeth happy and healthy. The staff here is always so sweet and helpful.

First of all. The front desk employees are so rude and terrible! They tell you one thing on the phone but In person they tell you something different. They don’t respect your time and they don’t respect you at all! If they aren’t happy with their job then they should leave and make this clinic a good place for their clients!

Dentist was rude and refused to fill my daughter's tooth even after I got a letter from her orthodontist and surgeons stating it was ok for her to do it. I sat in the office 2 to 3 hours with my toddler on the initial visit AND on the visit that she refused to fill my daughter's tooth. 6 HOURS OF MY LIFE WASTED. I was quoted double what I should have paid and am thankful that in the end she kept her unprofessional unskilled hands out of my loved ones mouth.

This center is good for low-income people that all of us know. But the service could be improved in many ways. The attitude toward the patients could be better. For example, I received a cleaning service from Alex Rogers RDH. She did not give me enough instructions before she started the cleaning. Like, all of a sudden turning on the switch of the bed to lay me was kind of a shock. Also, cleaning was not up to the mark after taking service from her. During the cleaning, she could be more patient-friendly. Overall the service was not good which can encourage a patient to go here again. I hope she will change her style of handling patients and quality of service.

I had a broken back tooth and they were so quick and gentle with every move. And I didn't feel the pain because they took such great care and made me feel so safe and comfortable. I couldn't really talk but I ask the nurse to let me write a note on my paper work I wrote Yall Are Awesome

I scheduled for a cavity filling after having an entire work up and x-rays at my normal dentist. I waited over two months for an appointment for them to tell me they were going to redo all the same tests that I would have to pay twice and wait another two months for the actual appointment. They could not even quote me on what I would be paying to fill this cavity after waiting four months. My first appointment to talk about getting my teeth fixed was in November. They scheduled the actual tooth appointment for the very end of January. I transferred all of my records and during the January appointment I find out that they want me to re-pay at their clinic for the same x-rays I just had done. The actual appointment to fix the tooth would be in March… if you are in pain and actually need anything done expect to wait multiple months…

I’ve been there 3 times now they all have been very nice to me.

They are on time, very conscientious, and do good work.

They're always super friendly to me. Alex does a very good job cleaning my teeth. Can't beat this place for the cost of their services. I'm more than satisfied.

The front desk people are so rude. Austin one of the front desk people gave me so much attitude. Honestly kind of scared to even let the staff touch my mouth. People came in way after me with later appointments and they front desk guy(Austin) just looked and smirked. When I came in I told them I had an appointment at 2:30 they just looked and said ok. Lol this is a lot and yes I am a African American man.

As someone who used to be afraid of going to the dentist, this place has really changed my perspective. The staff members are all friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable—especially Veronica.

Great place, great people, great prices. Been to several dentists and these guys beat them all hands down. Go get your teeth worked on already... Geez
