Had reservations for one night promptly greeted at the front desk. Room was excellent and bed comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh one of the best I’ve had at a hotel since Covid came along.

This was a last minute event my husband and I were putting together, but was the BEST choice we could've made!! This hotel was IMMACULATE with the BEST customer service from guest services, management & the bar!! The event space was extremely clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit, but most importantly pre-setup exactly how we asked. We couldn't have asked for more!! Thank you Tracey for all your help.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. The location of the hotel was only 5 minutes from the fields. The staff at the hotel were really nice. There was complimentary breakfast which offered a good selection of hot foods and cereal. The lobby was a good size so we could hang out together with other parents. The rooms were fine. However, the walls were thin and we could hear the person in the room next to us laughing and singing at an early hour. The bed was a little too hard for my liking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed a night here in July and were very pleased with our stay then. The hotel was clean, quiet and the breakfast was great. I stayed again with my kids this past weekend and unfortunately found quite a few items lacking. There was a decent amount of noise in the halls, our trash hadn't been emptied when we checked in and the floors around the hotel were dirty. Breakfast was a letdown. When I went down at 7:30, quite a few items still hadn't been stocked. Given our pleasant stay in July, we will probably give it another chance the next time we're in town. Hopefully I just caught them on a busy weekend this time.

Please don't come here they charged my card twice! Also the "Free Breakfast" isn't really good it's better to stay at a cheaper hotel and go to IHOP after.. The breakfast didn't have bacon and was mediocre.. The rooms are nice and clean but I could hear the snoring from the room next door.. I didn't try the bar they only open it for limited time and the pool was closed.. This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel is more like a 3 or 2 star hotel.. They charged my card for $20 for no reason I hope I get a refund for those $20..

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Needs replacement. Breakfast buffet was running out of food constantly even though the place was not busy at all The Breakfast had individually fried eggs. A nice surprise

Was there 7/29-7-30, nice and clean hotel. The front desk person, on the morning of 7/30 an African American young woman just stared at me both times didn't talk at all, even when I approached the desk when I went to check out. So I just have her the card and walked out and didn't talk back. Other than that it was good and clean

It was a great hotel to rest for the weekend. The mattress was pushed down on one side. It favored the spot everyone sits and watches tv. For the price it’s nice

Surprisingly luxurious in design and finishes. Great quality control and friendly staff. Other hotels in this "affordable luxury" category have run down since Covid - watery eggs, pasty or undercooked oatmeal, broken equipment in fitness room, no more daily room cleaning, etc. Not this one ... well managed and staffed with people who care ... a real gem!

The only complaint is the bathroom in the rooms. The lights are too dim or too low. There should be better lighting. There was also only one elevator working the entire time there.

This hotel undercharges for the quality and cleanliness of the room you get. We were happy that they had a couple of rooms left, and we found that the rooms were very clean. I used a flashlight and checked under the mattresses and it was obvious that they clean the bed. There were no hairs or anything on the sheets between the mattress and box springs. The sheets were all white and clean and new. I checked behind the tables, and everything was clean and dusted. The inside of the coffee maker was even clean. The hotel had a good breakfast, that included, biscuits and gravy, eggs, with salsa and other toppings, sausage, a waffle maker, cereals, and fresh fruit. I happened to see that this hotel was having a staff meeting after breakfast was over. There were several maintenance persons and many housekeepers and they were actually checking their uniforms. I was very impressed by this hotel. Note: My job had booked two rooms at another hotel in Bryan, and after my co-worker and I had checked our rooms, we both found the rooms to be so dirty, that we both decided it would be better to sleep in the rental car than at the hotel. We checked out of that dirty hotel and had the job credit card refunded. We were happy to find this Best Western.

Recently traveling to the 7on7 State Tournament in College Station, My Family and I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Premier Bryan College Station. We made a reservation for 2 queen beds, but due to a computer glitch, upon arrival, we were placed in a King Suite. The Hotel was packed, wasn’t expecting a miracle, just wanted to make sure we weren’t being charged more for the suite. I called Kristy at the front desk, she headed to our room immediately and fixed us right up. Fast Forward to the Hotel itself, hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The property was beautiful inside and out; rooms were extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious. Twin Peaks and I-Hop share the parking lot for those who may not want to venture far. The property was breathtaking, very well maintained and now at the top of our list for best hotel stay/experience ever. The entire staff at this property was delightful. A special thank you to Taylor, Kristy, and Diamond for their exceptional hospitality. My Family and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Bryan College Station area.

Second visit to this location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is excellent. Happy with the rates. Will choose them every time we come down.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfy, but we could not get the room warm! The room also needed some basic housekeeping.

We had some challenges with the room but management recovered very promptly and professionally. The bartender Denton was super impressive. He dealt with a very busy evening all by himself and delivered excellent service and great drinks! props to Denton!

No towels were replaced for 2 days in a row even though I asked if they would get to our room both days and was assured it would I had to get my own towels, toilet paper, and coffee both days and take out my own trash both days. Unacceptable that the manager on duty would not ensure the housekeeper did their job Especially when my room number was written down by them both days The rooms are nice. It is a bit dated, I have enjoyed staying here on many occasions A regular here and would think a long time customer would get better service. Very disappointed

My first time staying at this place and so far was good experience. Good location, safe area, clean rooms, nice lobby, nice bar, free WiFi and free breakfast. Coffee quality wasn’t that good but breakfast wasn’t bad. 24hr gym clean and comfy. Beds were so comfortable. Very friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit and highly recommended.

I didn't really know what to expect, as I don't think that I have ever stayed in a Best Western Premier. It was a very good experience. Parking was good, staff was polite and efficient. The room was superb. The shower could have been better, but how many hotels have really good showers? And finally, the breakfast was very good. Instead of the usual "fake" scrambled eggs, they had some sort of "poached" offering. Surprisingly good.

I stayed 2 nights. All things considered was a good visit. I did however leave my electric shaver in the shower. I left my room at 10am on check out day. I remembered around 2pm I had forgotten it. When I had finished with what brought me to town I retuned to the hotel around 5pm. The nice young lady at the front desk called around to staff and was told I left nothing in the room. This was only $40 shaver. I am very disappointed. I will not stay in the hotel again.

I stay here frequently. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Highly recommend. Update: Housekeeping is hit or miss on refilling in-room coffee and replacing towels. Rewards member status does not update properly at the hotel. I am Diamond Select and have been for quite a while but the hotel computer still has me as Platinum.

I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel, very comfortable to stay for many days, it feels calm, you sleep like a baby, everything is very quiet, it feels like being at home, it does not despair to be in the room, the internet connection is very good, very good channels on the tv everything is very comfortable the beds the pillows very clean it smells nice everything in order it is located in an area so accessible to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, clothing stores a beautiful town with a city with a variety for all kinds of people excellent friendliness of the hotel staff, they speak English and Spanish, I saw the camaraderie that they get along with each other..

Stayed for a nearby wedding. Great service for the wedding party and friends. Bar service was nice but a restaurant would be even better. Not a fan of the set out breakfast or the coffee.

Excellent. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice bar is open in the evening. No appetizers, but we bought appetizers at a nearby restaurant just across the parking lot and brought them back to eat in the bar. Very dog friendly

Mixed things about this hotel. We had many small issues that ended up making this stay more unpleasant. Overall when we arrived it was very clean. The lobby and room and everything was great. The first night one of our dogs had a small tear on their pad and ended up getting some blood on the top sheets. It wasn’t a ton but it was clearly noticeable. We assumed they would change the sheets, and instead just made the bed with the sheets with the blood on it. We stayed here 4 nights and they never changed the sheets (we just didn’t use the top sheets). They only emptied the trash occasionally even though it was full every day. Which meant we had to just keep setting trash next to the trash can. We never got the right amount of towels and had to keep going to the front desk to get more. Breakfast was hit or miss. Half the time the food was hard and stale and the other half the time they didn’t have silverware or plates. We would eat fairly early and they still would be out of food or silverware by the time we got there. We stayed 4 nights with two dogs, they never vacuumed once and we were picking up hair balls off the floor because it was gross. Overall- probably would stay here for a night. Would not stay again for more than that.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly faces from front desk to room attendant. Good coffee and good selection of breakfast foods. Excellent location....close to large selection of restaurants, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart and convenient to major highway. Will definitely stay again.

Doug the bartender was awesome. The whole staff was very welcoming and friendly and did a great job on making us feel important. Love this hotel and all the staff. Rooms were top notch clean. Slept so well

I just spent 3 weeks on the road, traveling across the country, and my experience at this hotel was the best of my entire trip. Excellent hotel! Welcoming, friendly staff at the check-in experience. Clean rooms, extremely comfortable bed. Perfect location, near downtown and close to restaurants.

Stay here! The hotel was excellent. I look for 3 things in hotel…cleanliness, water temperature, and water pressure. This hotel was a hit on all levels. And my favorite part was the shower had a door and not a curtain! The bed slept well and the breakfast included real eggs! Next time I have an event in the area I’m definitely choosing this location again. Don’t hesitate on this one, it is worth it. I didn’t get a chance to take pictures but it is just like the photos on the website. Those are not stock photos like other hotels like to use to deceive you.

They keep putting noisy, childish kids on the 4th and 5th floors instead of the 1st floor. These kids (girls and boys) will run up and down the halls, in & out rooms, slamming doors, jumping off beds, laughing and horseplaying after quiet hours! The showers do not get cleaned with cleaning products as there is mold between the grout and other parts of the shower. The fridges do not get cleaned out after each guests, as I have found the previous guest Bluebell icecream and spoon stuck in the freezer. The floors are not vacuumed during your stay. Check your linens because there have been stains on my duvet and towels. I’ve been here almost 3 months due to work.
