I would not recommend this hotel. They ran out of hot water and when we called the front desk, they told us that the repair guy already went home, sorry. Then in the morning, their staff left themselves into the room without even knocking. This is definitely not what I expected from a Marriott. I called and asked for a manager. iiesha said she would review it and call me within two days, no call back. Super frustrating that we paid a lot for the room and had to wake early in hopes of getting hot water to shower. Definitely look for a different hotel!! It looks cute in pictures but is cheaply renovated and still a super old hotel. In all seriousness, from someone who travels a lot, there are plenty of better options.

Clean, modern and feeling of freshness everywhere. We loved our stay here. Breakfast is adequate and standard as you would expect at any hotel of this rank. Building seems to have been renovated recently. Everything looks modern and clean. Smells fresh too. Its location is also so peaceful and kind of secluded but close to everything at the same time.

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and am staying here again soon. It's an excellent, clean hotel that is quiet, easy to get to, and has perks. The staff are sincere and go an extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. There are many hotels in the area but I specifically choose this one for its amenities and convenience.

Room was good. Breakfast was good. This hotel isn't close to other dining so be ready to drive a few minutes to dining. The big, and only real issue is that you get zero maid service unless you stay for five days or more. For towels and linens this makes a lot of sense. However, it also means they don't empty the trash or check the toilet paper stock. At the price of a SpringHill Suites hotel, this takes them from a five star to a one star.

Walls are thin. We were their for a sports tournament, their were tons of kids running around late into the night. We could hear everything. Bar downstairs had outdoor seating and we could hear that until 2am. I would say get your room on the opposite side of the bar. Breakfast time came and parents allowed the children to run and play all around the food. Staff was able to refill food quick enough for all the guest. The hotel staff itself was professional and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool wasn't available.

Rm 321. The shower door in my bathroom leaked, and the toilet was constantly running. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9 but they were out of eggs by 0830 (both days) and would not refill them. Bed was OK. Room had a strange odor, walls are thin. No ATM on site. I travel to this area frequently and will return to the Embassy Suites, same rooms but made to order breakfast at the Embassy....also, no bottled water offered in the room or at check in, thought that was standard for Marriott Gold Elite.

I had a family event and decided that I wanted to stay in a hotel to relax. This Springhill was perfect! The suite was well-appointed and felt like a luxury hotel. The shower had a multi-dimensional shower feature. It was lovely!! The hotel is clean and staff was always available. It was nice and quiet as well. Plenty of free parking and free breakfast made it a nice stay.

We chose this hotel as reviews indicated it is clean (but a a bit tired.). We were happy that the room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and genuine. Appreciated that breakfast area was very neat and tidy and staff was quiet and discreet (did not communicate loudly across long distances). Easy to miss turn for Mancill Mill Road turn, so best to slow down as you approach.

The staff cancelled our reservation without calling or emailing us because we weren’t there by midnight. The room slept 6, but the couch wasn’t a pull out, it had a trundle on the floor. So my son and his SO had to sleep separately. When we called for pillows and bedding for the couch and trundle, they said they didn’t have any more pillows. The “breakfast” was minimal at best; cold eggs, microwaved sausage patties, prepackaged waffles and muffins. They do have a pool, but it is on the side of the building that is shaded, so it didn’t get sun until late in the afternoon. They wouldn’t do late check out and their checkout time is 10:00am. Staff began knocking on the door at 10:00 exactly while we were trying to load our vehicles.

Great hotel stay other than the front desk lady sort of implying that I am not the person who is on my ID. It was sort of a compliment until she started asking me for my zip code which is on my ID (duh) and holding my ID to the light saying “the text is small”…….right…. So you know what she was getting at. Yep, I am in my early 40s but look like I’m in my 20s. Not my fault. Don’t hassle people with the phony nonsense. It’s not like I was trying to buy alcohol and I clearly look older than 18. Other than that, the room was clean. The shower was nice too.

Patricia at front desk did an amazing job! Rest of stay experience very poor. Confirmed floor was not available (confirmed by chat room day of stay). Light in bathroom not working and took 2 days to fix. No soap in shower. Room smelled. Other than Patricia, poor customer service from front desk. Of course, no room cleaning due to staffing shortage or whatever reason. Hotel can control all of these issues - maintenance, proper cleaning, etc. Also preferred status at Hilton receive water - not at Marriott anymore? Normally, I enjoy Marriott and have great experiences - this was an exception.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and constantly working. The breakfast was adequate, and the location was perfect. The hotel is a few minutes away from a huge mall and about 20 minutes from Villanova and 30 minutes from Drexel and UPenn. I would definitely stay here again. My only issue was that the water pressure from the sink was weak.

I have stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels and this was easily one of the nicest Spring Hill Suites that I have encountered. The lobby is modern and very clean, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the complimentary breakfast had eggs, Canadian bacon, cereals, and muffins. The best bonus is that the hotel is very quiet and set back in a wooded area even though it is very close to the turnpike. For families, this hotel is less than 2 miles from Valley Forge and an easy distance into downtown Philadelphia (consider going to a nearby train station and heading in).

Super Clean and nice rooms, big TV and great place to work from room. Loved the layout and was bright, decent free breakfast.

It's a okay hotel 1 mile from King of Prussia mall. Room could use a refurbishment. Not much natural light in rooms. Staff are often smoking Marijuana next to pool which I had to pass everything I went to my car. Was very frustrated that housekeeping entered my room twice when I had the Do Not Disturb sign on and despite me telling front desk I didn't want housekeeping (they threw out some personal items, nothing expensive, but annoying nevertheless). Manager at hotel is totally unresponsive and never addressed my concerns about housekeeping entering my room despite numerous complaints to front desk over a 2 week stay. Hotel gets extremely busy during weekends to the point that parking is difficult. AC is room was not good.

Really clean place but what I really caught my attention it was the front desk T that's her name she really explained all the Service of the hotel even what doors are locked or what not even what time they clean rooms ect. I work out of town alot and this is the first time front desk does that I was really surprised we usually figure it out but really give 💯 to T. Really good customer service 👌👏👍😀

Nice, quiet room. The only issue was the bathroom faucet was loose and the shampoo/condition/body wash containers in the shower were mounted too high. Hard to push down on pump unless you're 6' tall. Also the pump nozzles point out and not down.

Have been Bonvoy member for years and this is the first time have experienced poor standards hence sharing, very dusty room, beds having hairs and not been cleaned properly, window was left open so too many bugs (dead) by the window inside the room and on to the AC unit, bathroom faucet covered with dried hard water and slimy green stuff which was so disgusting that we only used bottled water to brush etc for our stay lastly the TV remote was very oily and covered with red sauce left on the sofa. On the other hand breakfast area was great, fresh great quality food and excellent service.

Great reception staff, but unresponsive management. Despite efforts by a very helpful and sympathetic receptionist, management at this hotel refused to afford me an automatic benefit to which I am entitled as a platinum elite Bonvoy member. It was a holiday weekend and the manager and the system manager were both offsite. However, the manager did not have the courtesy to reach out to me as I had requested. I appealed several times to Marriott customer service and it still took four weeks to resolve the conflict. (The crux of the issue is that I had to transfer to a different Marriott property, paying full price for the two night stay at the new hotel, but this SpringHill Suites refused to cancel my reservation — even though I checked out within an hour of my arrival. I ended up being billed for the same two night stays at both hotels.) In the end, Marriott sided with me, but could not refund my credit card. I received more than the fair value in Bonvoy points (which will be charged to the hotel). This would be a great hotel if it had more responsive managers. The property is quite nice, in a great location, and the rest of the staff seem to be very professional and helpful.

Very loud. Kids jumping above us for 3 hours and kids also running in the halls knocking on doors. Also heard people outside by the fire pit. If I ever was to stay hear again I would be on the top floor in a corner room. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast is standard/basic and good for an apple.

The high point of our stay was the check-in with Patricia (Patty) at the front desk. Marriott properties are supposed to be non-smoking. This one is - inside. Patio and entrances littered with butts, despite stinky dedicated butt receptacles at entrances and on patios. It was particularly disgusting on the patio, and clearly in part the result of staff taking frequent cigarette breaks. Aside from that, as others have noted, terrible sound proofing in rooms, and, in our room mold/mildew on grout in bathtub. Spacious room with good floor plan, but dark, and furniture approaching end of its useful life.

We came up for a little weekend getaway to visit a friend and just grabbed a hotel for location but got way more than we expected. First, upon arrival, Ms. Patti working the front desk could not have been more hospitable and friendly. She got us promptly checked in and greeted with our complimentary water and popcorn (not sure if that is a status thing or not but it was lovely). She was kind, offered suggestions of places to eat and things to do and accommodating on all levels. She even called the room to make sure things were all ok and if we needed anything else. I unfortunately do not remember his name, but the bartender working the 2 nights we were there was so fun and friendly as well. Quick service with a smile will get you very far friend. Then there was also Ms. Iisha working the desk in the evening and she was also extremely friendly and kind. All in all, 10/10 for our stay and we will CERTAINLY use this location again when we come back for a girls weekend. Keep up the great service team!
