It's second time for my family to stay in this Resort and that explains a lot. Not just the apartment but the whole place is huge. The swimming pool is quite big and well managed. Indeed, i saw salvataggio guy keeps cleaning the pool and the sunbed all day whenever he can. He managed whole place very diligently. I also loved to stay in the swimming pool bar with some cocktail. Staff at the bar and the restaurant were very friendly and kind. Every evening, we could take a walk in the resort looking at the horses and cows. Since it's long way to walk, it's good to bring kid's monopattino(scooter). It would help kids to move to the restaurant from the apartment for the breakfast. Talking about breakfast, quality is quite good. You don't see the hot meal such as eggs and bacon on the table but you can order as you like. Overall, my family especially my kids were very happy to stay here and we will definitely come back here again.

An oasis of tranquility close to beautiful beaches. Spacious apartment for family of 5 with everything we needed; clean, large swimming pool, delicious breakfast and dinner and exceptional, helpful and friendly staff. We highly recommend this property.

Incredible stay in south of Italy. Very close to Gallipolli. Great, great service. Would deff recommend to either individuals/couples or families.

We had a lovely 2 nights here. The room was spotlessly clean & we had a huge balcony with lovely views. We enjoyed the big pool & had lunch there which was very nice. The lady even brought us about 8 apricots from the grounds for free. It was also nice to walk around the grounds to see the horses & cows. The only slight negative was there was no food available at night so we had to drive to the nearest village for dinner, but we did know this before we booked. Handy to visit Gallipoli but didn't enjoy the drive in due to the traffic.

Me and my boyfriend chose la Baronessa for our holiday in Salento ( south of Italy ) last year . I must say I knew the hotel was going to be beautiful but really and truly the pictures on the website don’t do justice to the beauty of the place ! There is a massive well looked after garden that surround the whole structure , it is so big that you can take very long walk or little run following the installed fitness path . You can even go and visit the farm just behind the main hotel building where you can see horses chickens , cows and other animals , and all sorts of plants and fruits trees . I also find out that the milk the eggs, the fruits and vegetables that this farm produce not only are 100% organic but they are also used to prepare the massive delicious breakfast buffet for the hotel’s guests . I need to spend few lines to describe the incredible breakfast provided ! The buffet offers all sort of goodies , from eggs and bacon to homemade cakes ,bread ,yoghurt . Handpicked fresh fruit ! The coffee is simply amazing! But you can also find juices and teas ! We staid on the main structure but if you fancy the hotel has mini luxurious flats located on the other side where the two swimming pools are . The staff is simply amazing always extremely polite discreet attentive and professional . The receptions is Available 24h . The room are spacious , comfy and extremely clean not to mention that are equipped with exquisite forniture. The bathroom had shower and bathtub and they are considerably spacious . The towel are changed everyday and the room service is excellent . We spent 5 days in this amazing structure and oh my god we totally managed to relax enjoy the green around us and the amazing pools . We even managed to visit Gallipoli and it’s seaside since it is just few miles from the hotel . In fact if you fancy exploring the area the staff is always able to suggest you the best places to see and the best restaurant to eat ! I would definitely go back ! If you are looking for a relaxing , unforgettable holiday that is the place to choose !

Possibly the most beautiful and relaxing amazing hotel and location I have ever been lucky enough to be. So close to beaches, aqua parks, restaurants, town and cities to explore just absolutely brilliant hopefully can go back one day. Family or couple you won’t be dissatisfied.

It is a really wonderful place and we would return one day. It just missed something to make it extra special. Lara at the pool bar was lovely but the other staff were a little friendly but never made an effort to chat.

The location is beautiful, I wasn't too happy when I asked for an iron as they only had one which wasn't working and for a 4 star hotel is very disappointing as they should be more equiped. Staff helpful apart from a lady which was quite arrogant.
