This dental office is new and has all the newest equipment! After getting X-rays, their AI computer system identified any problem areas or issues, which made everything clear, upfront and honest. Dr. Chau then took the time to discuss a plan of care with me, clearly explaining the X-rays and what they showed. The whole experience was painless and effortless, and the chairs were very comfortable. I appreciated the ceiling-mounted TVs that kept me occupied during the procedure. I needed a crown, and their on-site lab was able to complete it the same day, so I didn't have to schedule a separate appointment like with many other dentists. I'm really happy with the service and Dr. Chau is now my go-to dentist!

What a truly excellent experience!! This was my first visit and I have never encountered a dental practice that was as thorough and complete as this one was in my first exam. They have a genuine concern with my TOTAL health and how that incorporates with my oral and dental health. The staff is great! Affable, friendly and most professional. Most of my time was spent with my hygienist, Bailey, who is an absolute delight. Dr. Chau took the time needed to go over all of my results along with a plan moving forward. I could not be more pleased. Looking forward to my return!

I would like to say that I highly recommend Dr. Chau, and his staff. I needed to find a new dentist because I broke a crown on a Sunday, and they fit me in on Monday. I was worried because I'm terrified of going for dental work. Dr. Chau made me feel so at ease from my first visit. He broke the ice by talking to me about me. He talked to me for a few minutes to get to know me, even before he asked why I was there. He is so easy to talk to, and he takes the time to explain the procedures. He is very professional and such a kind person. The office staff is always very cordial. Every dental hygenist I've had are very patient with me and calm my nerves because they know I'm anxious being there. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!!

I hadn’t been to a Dentist in a ridiculously long time (years) but I decided to trust Addison Dental Group when I was having some mild pain/sensitivity. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the substitute dentist were all incredibly kind and compassionate. My hygienist was Elizabeth. She was super friendly, explained in detail everything she was doing, what she needed from me, and showed me my dental X-rays and photos. It’s a very modern office that’s AI enabled. Very cool. Turns out I have a cavity so the dentist went over everything that needed to happen next. Samantha from the front desk came to the room to go over my bill with me and the estimate for the fillings. The appt took just over 2 hours since I was starting from scratch but it was well worth the visit. Definitely recommend!

As someone who has had numerous bad experiences with dentists, I cannot recommend this practice enough. They are fast, gentle, kind, and I’ve never once felt that they were pushing any sort of unnecessary work on me (which has happened multiple times in the past). Even after moving across the metroplex I still come here for my dental work despite being almost an hour away now.
