{"0":"This bed & breakfast is perfect. If you want a quiet place away from the majority of tourists, stay here! It's clean and beautiful. The rooms are simple studios but big enough for my family of four. The service and breakfast were wonderful! The pool was well-maintained and delightful. We enjoyed kayaking out to the reef. We plan to return!","2":["0","240"]}

    stayed here w/ my bf and loved it! glen was super nice and brought us breakfast every day, she was able to accommodate a taxi to take us to the airport and was super sweet. You can also rent a car at the airport and drive around the island (we did this on the last two days of our vacay) the room- it's ur typical hotel room but i loved that there were only a couple of cottages so it felt like we were the only ones there. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, there is a kitchennette which we loved and the walk in shower was amazing! location is good, lots of restaurants nearby (we went to tukka and mimis cafe) and you have access to the beach. or you can bike to the public beach as well. We lounged, swam in the pool and went scuba diving (check out ocean frontiers for other aquatic adventures). Now that we are certified divers, we will def will come back and stay here again!

    {"0":"The Cottages is the perfect place to get away and relax...very quiet and peaceful here! There are no crowds or loud music blaring away like the big resorts. The included breakfast was fantastic everyday, and the service is impeccable! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We will be back!","2":["0","312"]}

    {"0":"The cottages were a fantastic choice for my husband and I to get away. We were looking to relax and recharge on a short kid free get away and this was perfect. The service and staff were excellent and they accommodated any needs we had. The room was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The location for us was awesome. You are away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile, but still have a few resorts that you can walk to and a few restaurant options within a few miles. It was so peaceful and quiet and we would go hours without seeing anyone on the beach. We pretty much had the beach and pool to ourselves most of the time. I would highly recommend the cottages if you are looking for the ultimate relaxation spot.","2":["0","240"]}

    {"0":"Had a great stay here, quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted! Poolside was never busy and ample sunloungers with umbrellas. Short walk up the beach to nearby resort, which was handy for lunch, plus lots of other eating places only a short ride away.
Helpful hosts and welcoming staff. Would highly recommend.","2":["0","240"]}

    {"0":"We stayed at The Cottages in February 2020 right before the world shut down. This was our first time on the island and The Cottages had just opened, we were the first weekend of guests! It was beyond amazing. The East End is so quiet and relaxing compared to the other side of the island. The Cottages offer a unique, small, upscale beach get-away. The owner and the staff members are like family, so friendly and helpful with whatever your needs may be. We just went for our second time in April of this year. Still amazing, still the most beautiful spot on the island and still the most amazing staff. We already have next year booked! If you want ocean/ beach/pool relaxation, this is the spot for you. If you like hustle and bustle and lots of people, you should head to the other side of the island.","2":["0","237"]}

    {"0":"This bed&breakfast was exactly the experience I was hoping for when I booked it for an escape. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay on the quiet side of the island at an excellent value, this is it. The property is pleasantly small - only ten suites (all with kitchenettes) - and right on the water, with a picturesque pool to lounge at all day with a book. Breakfast is brought to you each morning to eat in bed or on your personal patio (this alone was worth not getting a house rental). Bikes, snorkel gear, a kayak, and a SUP board are all there for you to use anytime. A 5-10 minute walk/bike ride down the road brings you to a grocery store, a couple restaurants, and two larger resorts with oceanfront bars for when you're up for a drink and a little more action. Of course there is a lot more to do on the island but I really enjoyed just being a bum for five days of rest and relaxation. I felt so taken care of - Glen and Mary made sure everything was not just acceptable but extremely welcoming and comfortable (down to offering up aloe plants for fresher sunburn relief than anything store bought). The local wildlife was also charming - the wild chickens, iguanas, and bananaquits were a riot. I can't wait to go back!","2":["0","237"]}

    Staying at The Cottages on the East End of the Cayman Islands was an unforgettable experience. Every morning, we were greeted with a delightful breakfast on our private lanai, setting the tone for a day in paradise. The cottages themselves were immaculate, boasting both comfort and a recent renovation that added a touch of modern luxury to our stay. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the stunning beach view that greeted us each day. It's a panorama that pictures can hardly do justice. Adding to the charm were the various activities available. We had a great time exploring the serene waters with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and the bikes were perfect for leisurely rides around the scenic surroundings. What truly set The Cottages apart was the incredible staff. Glen and her team were the epitome of hospitality, always ensuring we had everything we needed and more. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made our stay not just comfortable, but truly special. We left with beautiful memories and a promise to ourselves to return. The Cottages is more than just a rental; it's a gateway to experiencing the serene beauty of the Cayman Islands with a touch of home-like warmth and luxury.

    {"0":"Our stay at The Cottages East End was amazing. The property was just as advertised. We felt a sense of calm, peacefulness, and tranquility throughout our trip.

Our room was modern and equipped. We were served breakfast every day on the balcony. The east winds made it very comfortable on our balcony, the pool area, and the beach. Our room was fitted with a kitchenette. We were able to buy supplies for lunches and store/assemble them in our room as well as save and reheat leftovers from evening meals.

The staff was amazing and attended to our every need. We were able to place our breakfast orders easily. We often made special requests which were honored without hesitation (Fresh beach towels daily.). Because of the small room count, we often felt like we were alone in our own personal Caribbean paradise.

There were many restaurants and activities within a few minutes drive. Here are some of the things we took advantage of:

-Captain Herman’s fishing trip, where he cleans the catch and brings it back to your place to cook it for you.
-Ocean Frontiers - Stingray City and Rum Point snorkel. Rum point is the best snorkeling we’ve done on Grand Cayman.
-Tukka East End restaurant is excellent. I recommend the $22 seafood sampler appetizer that includes fries.
-Beach exploring at Spotts (turtles), Smith Cove (snorkeling), South Sound Beach (shells)….
- Rum Point and Starfish Point
- Blowholes
There are many other things we could have done during our stay. Please note that we chose to hang out at the pool/beach at The Cottages. That’s how amazing it was.

All of the guests that I spoke to at The Cottages absolutely loved it. Mary and Glenn are the staff that make The Cottages the amazing place that it is. I can’t wait to return to The Cottages. I highly recommend staying there for a peaceful, unforgettable trip.

Jenny Dominguez","2":["0","159"]}

    A group of us stayed for a family wedding in June and were very well looked after. Highly recommended. Beautiful location and rooms with a stunning view. Clean, modern, peaceful and comfortable. Very well run by the owner Lynn, and looked after like family by Glenn who was housekeeping and cook (a credit to the business) A lovely daily breakfast with options served to your cottage Idyllic!

    We have travelled the world and stayed at many places, but this one truly felt like home. The Cottages are pristine, elegant and tastefully furnished without being opulent and offer unforgettable views to the ocean. Lynn, Glen and Mary went above and beyond to make our stay special. We loved this peacful retreat and couldn’t have picked a better place to spent our vacation. This will be our ‘go to’ home on Grand Cayman Island. Thank you so much for this incredible time we had at The Cottages ;)

    The Cottages is amazing! Perfect location if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the west end. Lynn has done an amazing job with this place. The room was super comfortable, the view, unbelievable! Everything is personalized and Glen and Mary are sweet and charming! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cottages in the East End of the Cayman Islands, and it was truly exceptional. Lynn's hospitality was a highlight of my trip; she made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. The Cottages themselves are a charming oasis. The cozy and immaculate accommodations, combined with the tranquil beach just steps away, provided the perfect escape. The on-site amenities and restaurant were fantastic, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I can't recommend The Cottages enough for a rejuvenating getaway. Lynn and the entire team made my stay unforgettable. I can't wait to return. Thank you, Lynn, and The Cottages!

    The Cottages are a fantastic place to stay on the East End. It’s quiet and tucked away. The rooms are well appointed with everything you need including a small kitchen. The room was prepared with a little arrival package with some local soap which we ended up buying more of for gifts to bring home! The pool is beautiful as it looks out over the beach and water. There are ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff was the nicest! They remembered our names and called us by name every day. The Cottages are close to a few restaurants and bars so you don’t have to go far. But if you are up for a little drive, visit Lynn’s recommendation of the Lobster Pot for a nice dinner in Georgetown. Highly recommend visiting The Cottages!

    We spent 2 weeks at The Cottages for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough good things about our stay. Obviously the beauty of the property and ocean view speaks for itself. The real treat is the staff. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and attentive. Anything we needed or wanted was provided for. Glen and Mary will always ask if you need anything anytime they see you out and about. Lynn put together a wonderful private poolside dinner, prepared by a local chef including bubbly, 4 course surf and turf, wedding cake and after dinner cocktail. We’ve been there twice now and really can’t imagine staying anywhere else. We will be back next year!
