Didn’t get to see a doctor, waited for over 3 hours for nothing. Arrived at 11:30, lady at the desk said I would be seen by 12:30, fine. She leaves for lunch without checking me in, her replacement checks me in at 12:45. Didn’t get to go back to possibly see at dot until 1:50. Nurses outside the door laughing and joking having a great time. I left at 2:30.

I was a walk in today at 8:30 am. They took me back for an xray, put me in the examination room, where I sat for an hour an a half before being seen. Then this doctor sends the rx she gave me to the wrong pharmacy, after telling her twice where I wanted it to go. Now I can't get the medicine to help with the pain I am in. Why do doctors not listen to the patients, they make it worse for us.

This was my first time seeing Michella Douglas. Her bedside manners were Excellent. She seemed very knowledgeable on the information she shared with me. She listen to my concerns and made me feel she was on my side. Thanks M.Douglas. Keep up the excellent work. 💕💖 sincerely R. Hemingway

Kelly was wonderful. We discussed the options available to treat my osteoporosis to help me make an informed decision. I have had 2 injections so far and have experienced no untoward effects. I would type the name of the medication but my computer brain changes the name.

My provider was Dale Dawson. He is kind and courteous. He showed me great bedside manner and he took time to educate me. Overall my experience was pleasant. He expressed compassion and wrote me in to see physical therapy to get me back to a better quality of life. He also wants me to see the specialist due to other medical issues I should keep a handle on. I appreciate the compassionate care.

NP, Kelly great patient care. Very friendly and engaged with me the patient. Answered my questions without making me feel like I was asking too many questions. Diligent in getting pertinent information to me, necessary for my health, and my health care plan. Excellence in time management. Amy was also very friendly & helpful and she made my visit comfortable. Great overall experience!

My experience with the Campbell’s clinic staff has always been a five-star experience. I remember when over twenty years ago I had full hip replacements and after those twenty-three years they were still in good working conditions, for which I’d been told they were only to last for fifteen years. I have met others who've had hip replacements and these same people had to have their hips replaced after seven years. Of course, these people reside on the West Coast. I thank God for the medical assistance I’ve received here in Memphis from the doctors at Campbell’s Clinic.

I always have a great experience when I go to Campbell Clinic. Everyone is always so friendly and you never feel rushed. They take their time and talk to you and they let you ask all of the questions you need to. It’s a great experience.

I realize I have not insurance however when a person is not looking for a hand out but help Campbell clinic is not the place to go. It would have been nice to know that you could not help me before I drove all the way down there

Worst experience ever at the Union location, both the clinic and the PT place. After looking at my x-rays, they urged me to go to the ER for something else. It was nothing and that visit cost me $500. Then they refused to give me a wfh document when I told I couldn’t drive/sit for long hours , saying I first needed to go to work and “prove I couldn’t work.” When I said I would go somewhere else, they changed their tune and said they would give a one day off-work permit. I said it was too late and they had lost me as a patient for treating me like I didn’t want to work, and that I would go back to work like they told me but if it got worse, it would be on them. They panicked and said the call was recorded, that they had offered me a day-off permit and then hanged up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Immediately called another place and made a same day appointment. Completely different experience. Professional, courteous, patient-centered. Campbell? Never again. Would give zero stars if I could.

Dr Curtis Ford was very professional and nice. He told me when I get ready for knee replacement. He went over how he does the procedure and sounded great. Going to use him when I’m ready

I visited Campbell Clinic at 1211 Union. The facility was clean and the staff attentive. These things are very important to me and quite rare to find these days. Thank you Team and Drs. Heck and Smith. Much Appreciated

I had an amazing experience with Campbell clinic in midtown. I called multiple places and was not able to get same day services that included an x-ray. Campbell was recommended to and I am happy I went. I needed to be seen quickly because I was scheduled to go out of town the same day. Lisa at the front desk was amazing. She was personable and informative. I appreciated how she interacted with me and with the other customers in the office. She helped me realize a few aspects about my coverage that I didn’t realize. I also spoke with Brooke who was more than helpful. She assured me she would give me a call concerning some information I needed. She kept her word and followed up immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Every single person, whether it's the nurses, doctors,or the people that check you in at any of the Campbell clinic location is very kind and caring. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable during my visits. I love Campbell!!!❤️❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. The service was terrible from the assistants to whomever the doctor is. I waited 3 and a half hours for nothing.. 3.5 hours of my time in pain waisted. I could have went to another location or to the ER and gotten a better treatment. After I told them I couldn’t wait any longer I was rudely told to schedule an appointment… an appointment for what? I don’t need to come back to get my MRI scheduled. You’ve already took the X-ray just send my referral in. Just a waste of Insurance usage which I will be reporting. I would never go back to this location no matter how much pain I’m in.

Dr. Douglas was very professional, engaging, and comforting in her diagnosis and further treatment regarding my issue. Need more like her!!

Kelly was a pleasure. She spent a lot of time with me and thoroughly discussed my case. She was patient and listened to me. She has a lovely personality.

I've had the worst experience with getting seen . They took to long and I'm a CMV driver and they have a system where the doctor couldn't provide me the right paper to get back on my job because of a contract. There upfront desk agents never told me anything about a third party that charge you $80 dollars for 4 paper that requires for me to get back to work. And you have to wait 7 days for the information thru email. Which the doctor supposed to provide anyways if you need any proof after being seen. I strongerly don't recommend this clinic ,because it's clear they are all about the money and not there clients that visit for help.

Very knowledgeable and personable. Nurse Michella should be encouraged and supported in order to get her degree in orthopedic medicine. Let the staff and especially Dr Cleveland help her achieve this goal.

Very quick courteous service. From the receptionist, medical assistant, radiology technologist and of course my PA Jacob all exceptionally nice and friendly. Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable of my problem. Thank you all for accepting me as a patient.
