This office is phenomenal! The staff is friendly and on top of things. The mental and physical health professionals are excellent!! When meeting with any of the health care providers at this office I feel like I have their full attention and they are not rushing to the next patient. Both Jennifer Warren and Carisha Williams have been a Godsend! Desoto Family Wellness Center is a wonderful place to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing!

I highly recommend Desoto Family Wellness. My entire family sees Jennifer Warren there and she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us. She loves each and every patient she sees. The staff there is nothing but amazing. I’ve never had one bad experience here. They all listen to your concerns and do everything they can to make you feel very comfortable while you are there. I have never had a more loving and compassionate provider. Jennifer Warren truly is amazing at what she does.

An amazing clinic and staff! I have seen Jennifer for years and recently was seen by her at Desoto Family Wellness Center. The clinic was very nice and the staff was so friendly! Jennifer is a very thoughtful and thorough practitioner and I am always well taken care of by her and the staff. The front desk staff is a breath of fresh air. Pleasant and professional. Very compassionate. Greeted immediately upon arrival. The clinical staff works together as a team with the provider to see that each patient is properly triaged and seen quickly. Very appropriate wait time in the room. The provider, Jennifer Warren, took time to listen to me and evaluate properly. Her bedside manner is unlike most providers. She cares about you and your concerns. Very genuine..I definitely will be referring family and friends.

I have known Patricia Wright for about 29 years. She counseled my 3 year old daughter when her dad passed away unexpectedly. She was / is amazing! I know we wouldn’t be where we are today’s without her loving, understanding, and caring heart! I can’t say that I have know Jennifer Warren that long but it feels like I’ve known her forever! 🥰 I started seeing her several months ago and my only question is “where have you been all my life?” I absolutely LOVE her and her nurse Ryan. Ryan is amazing and gives of her time willing to help with anything that is needed! If you are looking for someone for medical advice/treatment or mental health please call Desoto Wellness Center! These ladies have a servant’s heart and it shows in everything they do! I love you guys and will forever be grateful for the way you have taken care of me and my family!!

I see Jennifer Warren, NP at this clinic and I could not have chosen a better provider. I was referred to her by a friend of mine. Each and every visit she comes in, hugs me and sits to address each and every concern that I have. She is never in a hurry or a rush with her patients. As a patient, it is very important to have someone who actually listens to you and empathizes with you as well. Her Nurse Ryan is also awesome! Ryan is attentive as well and she returns calls the same day! The providers in this office are awesome. If you’re looking for a primary care facility this place is a great start. Your healthcare needs will definitely be met.

Absolutely wonderful providers! The staff are kind, compassionate, and very patient centered. Your visit is not rushed and the providers truly care about you as a person. My provider has been able to help me through some tough times when others gave up and did not invest the time for my health. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
