One of the greatest places for a yummy treat.

I had a great time at Chicken Salad Chick. I ordered one scoop of the Sassy Scotty chicken, which has ranch, bacon cheddar cheese. It was very good. The Mac and cheese was amazing, and the cookie was the cherry on top! 10/10!

First time eating here. Service was good, chicken salad was average. I got the one with jalapenos in it and i got it as a sandwich, it wasn't very spicy. I had macaroni as a side and the macaroni was about the same taste as Popeye's, Slim Chickens, etc., it wasn't outstanding. You get a buttercream cookie on the side and it's just an average taste. Perhaps i will be back to try something else. There was an older gentleman employee who was very kind and welcoming, he may have been the owner, i don't know, but he seemed to be bussing tables and was hospitable. You don't see that personal touch anymore.

I love eating here! This was my first time eating in the dining area! Chicken salads everything! The Olivia’s Old South is my favorite! Well worth the money and so filling by the time you are done. I’m highly satisfied every time I go!

The girl at the register was extremely nice and helpful! It was my first time eating there and she went through the menu with me and gave me some suggestions. My sandwich was good and I loved the pasta salad. The restaurant was clean and the prices are reasonable.

Tried this place for the first time. The parking lot was full, but we got in, to a table, and had our food, all in a reasonable time. The staff were nice. The food was pretty good. I had the Jalapeno Holly with Mac and cheese. There was just the right amount of spicyness. The lemonade was pretty good as well.

Delicious! Came for Guest Appreciation Day and grabbed the Classic Carol, Kickin’ Kay Lynn, and the limited time Thai flavor, “Thai-riffic” or something similar. Thai flavor was definitely my favorite. I would suggest getting the sandwich (croissant kind) with another scoop of chicken salad as your side. My experience was, indeed, thai-riffic.

Food was tasty and filling. I had the buffalo Barclay sandwich with fresh fruit.

My wife and my grandson had the most pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed an opportunity to sample what we wanted to try before buying. This was an experience to continue coming back. The food was phenomenal, thanks to the crew that was on duty that day. Excellent Service, amazing experience. We will return my wife Door Dashed the Barie Q today with the Wheat Crackers.

We were in town visiting family and were brought here for lunch. I love the concept of chicken salad and soup. I had the Sassy Scotty. It was sent-down-from-heaven delicious. The employees were all cheerful and pleasant. I am hoping a restaurant like this comes to our area soon.

Good location. Got extra tomatoes and cucumbers like I usually do in my salad. They really gave me EXTRA. Not mad at all. Glad this place is here for when I’m visiting the area.

Food is always good here. Very consistent. I stop in whenever I need a quick fresh lunch. Their soups are hearty, and their egg salad is always on point. My wife gets the fruity fran chicken salad, and even though I am not a fan of fruit in chicken salad, I can confirm it is delicious. Her favorite part is the cookie.

I have eaten at this restaurant and had their catering service multiple times. While the service and staff have always been great, the food could be better. The chicken salad could use more flavoring. I expected some salt, pepper, celery seed, etc. but unfortunately all I get is mayo, chicken, and the other additions to the salad like fruit and nuts. The chicken and dumplings are too watery as I expect a thicker broth on mine. It isn't horrible and I eat here if others choose it but I'd rather go somewhere else, if I have a choice.

This place is so good. Step out and try the Chipotle chicken salad, and Briccolli salad is so good.

Best ladies luncheon ever. Love the food and atmosphere. People are sweet and rest. Is clean and bright. Love the soup. And pimento cheese is the best

I always get the "Fancy Nancy". My name is Nancy. Lol.... it is really good on the croissant. The mac n cheese and fruit bowl are also good. I have never visited the inside but the outside looks very inviting. The drive thru attendants are always friendly.

I am not completely disappointed but for over $10 I wasn’t too pleased with the portion size. However the food was good. Not a place that I will go back to either. In addition the menu is a bit confusing to me. However you could go to Walmart and get better chicken salad for a cheaper price. Save your money!

Jalapeño Holly on a croissant is my current fave. Mac n cheese is ok, but not something I'll order again.

Nice decor and a cool place for a quick bite. I had a jalapeno chicken salad in a croissant with a chicken tortilla soup. Both things were fresh and delicious. The best things is, they let you sample the salads before you order them. Nice place to hangout with friends.

I've eaten at a Chicken Salad Chick franchise in three cities in two states. They are consistent and high quality. My favorite chicken salad is the Fancy Nancy and the pimento cheese is good too. Iced tea is always fresh and the service great!

Fun, cheerful atmosphere. Great food. A meal here makes you feel great and not weighed down like average fast food. Service is excellent. The employees are always courteous and cheerful. Food cones out quick and every plate comes with a delucious cookie.
