Good food & Reasonable price for DC. Not enough meat but healthy & tasty & good portion. You can go for pita or rice bowl. My recommendation would be rice bowl. Variety of side & you can go for all of those side without extra charge which makes it a good portion. Recommendable for quick & simple supper.

After walking for more than 20km in a day and reaxhing this place hungry and realizing that it's a nice budget place with great taste, was a blessing. Tried the rice bowl with salmon and flafel with add on salad and sauces. The torilla chips added to the taste and avocado humus was also good.

I love roti and most of the employees are super sweet but not today. Lady with braids made my bowl carelessly and when I accidentally sat in the “closed” seating area she said “miss that area is closed obviously” with quite the attitude.

This specific roti establishment has quite possibly the most stingy workers I have ever experienced. They size down your portions as if it is coming directly out of their own paycheck. Why is it that every single other roti in DC has employees who actually want to give you a proper serving size. It’s crazy how much it already is compared to other places, and on top of that, they got rid of the half and half protein option, and now charges are double for protein. So not only are we now paying more but also are being given smaller portions. Whoever runs this specific store, should really let the employees know they should NOT be stingy with giving the food (unless you guys literally told them to be stingy, if so, smh). You are literally a food establishment, why are you guys scared to give a proper serving size. Disappointing.

I used to consider this restaurant my go-to place for a satisfying dining experience, but after today’s visit, I have decided that I will never step foot in this establishment again. Sadly, the behavior of one particular employee, a heavyset African-American attendant, has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. From the moment I entered, I noticed a change in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The usually friendly and attentive staff seemed distant and uninterested. However, it was the behavior of this particular attendant that truly ruined my mood. I encourage the management of this restaurant to seriously address the behavior of their staff and provide additional training to ensure that incidents like mine do not reoccur. .

I was really disappointed with my meal from Roti Foggy Bottom. I did pickup / takeaway via the Roti app. When I got home, I opened up the dish and the bowl was only partially full. I almost thought it was a joke. It's unfortunate to dissatisfy a customer. I wonder if my meal, with takeaway, was even smaller because it was takeaway, and I was not present to watch packaging. Ugh!

Harissa Chicken Bowl for the win here :) Service was good, quick, food was great. Roasted veggie salad and chicken pita looked good, someone else at the table had those. Location is good, decor is a bit understated, to say the least. All in all def worth it for lunch or a quick afternoon snack.

Mediterranean fast food joint with a good quality food. Only wish the students working there were in general polite. The food is fresh and have a good sitting area.

The food is delicious and packed with flavor and crunch, despite the small portion sizes. The service is quick and efficient.

The food was fabulous. Although, the customer service was strange...I ordered two meals (one to eat in the restaurant and the other to have once I got home later on that evening). The price of the two meals were upward of 30 dollars. After I finished my meal I struck up a conversation with a homeless Army veteran seated directly outside of the restaurant. I felt obligated to giving him my extra meal considering that I am a vet too. Long story short after giving up my extra meal I headed back inside to replace the one I gave away. Once I got the register the price of the same exact meal I had already order no more than an hour ago miraculously went up $12.00. I repeat, two of the same exact dish cost me $37 dollars earlier, but now I was being requested to pay $25 for just the one... I'm no mathematician but I am pretty sure half of $37.00 is $18.50, no? There really arent any prices displayed so pay attention!

I had the harissa chicken and steak rice bowl and it was so delicious filled with flavor and crunch. Quick service and reasonable prices! Will definitely come back again

Convenient location next to the Foggy Bottom station. The food was tasty, the staff friendly, and it's clean.

I ordered delivery from Uber, I am so disappointed in the quality of food. My pita was drenched in garlic sauce and chicken was old or just dry. Bread was soo soggy. I won’t be back.

Please bring back spicy beef/steak! I had lunch on Sunday 04/01/2023 with my family. The restaurant was in immaculate condition. Clean as a whistle, and my food was not only made right, it was delicious. I dine here frequently enough that my meal was handed to me as I was walking in, nice and smooth. My family and I had a great time. Givenchy, Ahmad, Ashley, and Janay were all busy doing their tasks to keep the restaurant in tip-top shape. Not only that, but they were all exceedingly kind. I genuinely look forward to dining here and you should try a tasty bowl!

I’m eating the Flip The Bird as I write this. The food is fresh and aromatic - very well seasoned! Truly delicious! The staff was pleasant and the environment was very contemporary but comfortable and laid back. The space was very clean as well - I’ll be coming back!

Vegan/vegetarian friendly! Healthy, fresh, fast and affordable food in the city. They will give you lots of extras and the portion is more than enough. I ordered in advance and my order was made incorrectly but they fixed it right away for me.

The staff here is so polite and friendly. We’ve been coming here twice a month for the last four years and everything has been super awesome every time. We come from Va to have lunch here.

Great food! Fresh food!! Everything is prepared in front of you. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five stars is the service. The servers didn’t explain much and I kept finding myself asking questions, and they seem a little annoyed.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Jay was not only rude but a horrible human being. She was racist and rude. I will never go to this restaurant if they have her as an employee. She was fighting with me and the manager had to come in but didn't help much. She was rushing us with the order and when we said if we could take some time she passed nasty comments. The management should do something about this. No one should experience. Ruined our mood.
