Hier wird jedem Kunden nach dem Erstgespräch individuell ein auf ihn abgestimmtes Trainingsprogramm zusammengestellt unter Berücksichtigung von körperlichen Einschränkungen und bei geringste n Zweifel eine vorherige Absprache mit dem Arzt empfohlen. Man merkt das RenéH weiß wovon er spricht und mehr als andere das Hintergrundwissen auch besitzt und immer stets freundlich und zuvorkommend zu seinen Kunden ist, die sich eher in freundschaftlicher Athmosphäre wiederfinden und ihr Training absolvieren und nach kennenlernen andere Mitglieder spreche ich nicht nur für mich und ich denke wer sich dort nicht gut aufgehoben fühlt oder schlecht beraten, der hat ein Problem mit sich selbst. Nein. Ich bekomme für den Beitrag kein Geld .. Mir hat das auf mich abgestimmte Training, was auch laufed bei Bedarf neu angepasst wird, sehr geholfen, nach langer Krankheit wieder bedeutend mehr Lebendsqualität zurück zu bekommen aber auch der beste Trainer kann eines nicht..den Willen muss schon jeder selber mit zum Training mitbringen, denn der, der was ändern will an sich, der kann sich nur selbst durch seinen eigenen Willen helfen und die beste Anleitung und Umsetzung für den Rest bekommt man hier von RenéH in die Hand gedrückt.

I was in Cologne for two months for work and didn't want to miss out on my usual training during this time and luckily I ended up with René by chance. Very nice little studio, really great both personally and professionally. You feel well looked after and it was great fun to train there. It's a shame that the two months are already over. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Cologne.
