Vegan mit Herz und den besten Croissants der Stadt 🌱✨️ Im Hempies bekommt man alles, was das Gebäck und Café Herz begehrt. Von Klassikern über traumhafte Eigenkreationen ist hier für jeden etwas dabei. Wir empfehlen definitiv die Croissants (egal welche Füllung), soetwas leckeres haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Einziges Manko: Leider gibt es nur Hafermilch. Noch eine andere Alternative wie Soja, wäre toll :)

Lecker und gemütlich! Kreative Auswahl an belegten Leckereien und sehr guter Kaffee. Natürlich trägt auch der freundliche Service zum Wohlfühlen bei. Werde immer gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und bleibt weiterhin pflanzenbasiert kreativ.

Die gefüllten Croissants sind ein Traum! Auch der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Sollte ich mal wieder in der Gegend sein, werde ich auf jeden Fall auch mal die Paninis ausprobieren.

Was für ein gemütliches Café! Hier gibt es super leckere vegane Backwaren und es herrscht einfach eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Personal war zudem außerordentlich freundlich und motiviert. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Bin ganz zufällig am Hempies vorbeigelaufen und der Vintage Touch hat mich direkt angesprochen. Cappuccino hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Auswahl an Paninis und anderen Leckereien ist sehr groß ! Komme gern wieder 😊

Beautiful cosy vegan place, lots of plants and good relaxing music. Very friendly staff! Great selection of drinks, sandwiches displayed looked very tasty, also croissants of different flavours. All vegan! I had the mozzarella tomato and pesto sandwich - even though I live in London I haven't ever come across vegan mozzarella in a sandwich before!! It was delicious. Very highly recommend for breakfast/brunch/lunch/snacks/coffee/anything.

I enjoyed a cheese sandwich and vegan croissant, along with filter coffee. There are a few cozy sitting areas. Unfortunately due to a festival they needed their large coffee machine we couldn't order a cappuccino, but the filter coffee tasted really good. Reasonable prices and friendly service. (Original) Vegan ontbijten zoals het hoort: goeie koffie en heerlijke broodjes. To go of om ter plaatse te eten. Het assortiment is niet groot maar wat er is, smaakt goed. Ik genoot van een broodje kaas en vegan croissant, daarbij nog filterkoffie. Er zijn een paar gezellige zithoekjes. Vanwege een festival waar ze hun grote koffiezetapparaat voor nodig hadden konden we helaas geen cappuccino bestellen, maar de filterkoffie smaakte heel goed. Schappelijke prijzen en vriendelijke bediening.

Amazing vegan sandwiches, paninis and pastries. Had lunch here during a weekend in cologne and we loved it so much we came back the same day for the same order (mozzarella and pesto panini and cinnamon pastry).

Unique and tasty vegan sandwiches! I had the imitation salmon made from carrots on a bun with pumpkin seeds. The cinnamon filled crossaint topped with almonds was out of this world! Thanks for a lovely vegan breakfast and takeaway.

Unschlagbar gut! Eine klasse, große ansprechende Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch so schmecken. Klasse Mitarbeitende und einfach ein entspanntes Ambiente. Wir waren direkt 2x am selben Tag dort. Absolute Herzensempfehlung!

Glad I stumbled across this cute café/bistro! Cozy interior, friendly staff and a great assortment of snacks. The brownie was a bit dry but I highly recommend the iced coffee with oat milk. Not many chairs but several seating options (like benches), if you’re comfortable with no or very low tables. Has a toilet but it’s only accessible via stairs leading down into the main seating area. They take card & cash.

Lovely place to visit, staff are always friendly and easy to communicate with, food is always nice, and best of all everything is vegan! The croissants are great, if you go there definitely try one! The cafe itself is cutely decorated and relaxing. Definite recommendation!

Nice little café to grab a quick vegan bite and a nice coffee. Friendly service, good prices, tasty breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Loved my mozzarella sandwich, chai latte, and my first croissant since going vegan 12 years ago! Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Cologne.

Actually I am not a vegetarian, I went here because the bread seems very healthy. I tried one with tofu, it’s tastes very good, and I like the sauce with linsen very much! However, the croissant seems not fresh, maybe it’s because Sunday? Anyway, would like to try something else next time!
