A clear five star place. The only issue was the slower service. Not slow, slower than expected. Still, the food was prepared on place, fresh, and it looks like in the picture: no more empty bread, each sandwitch is place in a double paper wrap because the bread won't hold the contents. I have no idea how the original Reuben's or Philly Cheesesteak taste. But these tasted great. And the salad was taken as a side, only to find it excellent as well. The shop itself is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They can all speak English well. And there is a credit card machine, unlike many shops in Germany. Well done!

I really wanted to like this place, the menu and pictures look fantastic. Perhaps I had too high expectations, but my husband and I were quite underwhelmed. My Pastrami Reuben was sad. Unfortunately the bread was soaked with sauerkraut liquid, and soggy bread isn't nice. Not sure what they did, but big chunks of my sandwich stuck to the wrapper and the other way around. Mmm, paper. My husband got the BBQ platter, which was fine. No hint of smoke in the meat, and the ribs could have been cooked longer to let the fat and collagen break down more. As some others have mentioned, the meat is brought out from the back and then reheated. I see lots of potential in this place, and with a bit more love and a couple of changes our meal could have been totally different. As it is, I won't be rushing back, because life's too short for bad barbecue.

First time I ate at a deli. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. The concoction of flavours was absolutely flawless and delicious overall. The steak was absolutely soft, seemed to be well seasoned, the paprikas were caramelised and the cheese was perfect and paired well with other ingredients. This was definitely one of the tastiest ever sandwiches if not the tastiest that I've ever had. 100 percent recommended. Also they have awesome service, I chatted with them on Google maps, there reply fairly quickly.

Had Raph's Philly cheese steak. One of the best sandwiches I had in a long time and I eat a lot of them. Go check it out

Best sandwich in Cologne! Love at first bite. Meat full of flavor and sooo tender, bread is crunchy outside but soft inside, paprika is perfectly grilled and put it all together in one sandwich… 🤤🤤🤤 sadly no seatings available but you can sit by the window outside. Don’t underestimate the sandwich portion as you wouldn’t want to share it. Always dreaming to come back.

Visited this place on a Friday evening and it was everything I had hoped for. Despite the slightly long wait time, the Cheesesteak & Pulled Pork sandwiches I ordered were TO DIE FOR! A short walk from the Barbarossaplatz train station, I would highly recommend it, as long as you don’t expect lightning fast service. 👌

Insanely high quality BBQ food. I had the "1Samer Ritter" delivered. It was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it. The portion size MORE than justifies the price tag. It's amazing, that you can have such great BBQ delivered.

Best sandwich ever 😋 😍 We deliberately went out of our way to try one of these sandwiches and the 30 minute walk was so worth it! Really friendly staff and the sandwich was amazing. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it 😂

We had the Raph's special, Philly cheese, tandori sandwich, mac'n'cheese and chicken drum sticks. We enjoyed every bite from start to finish. Surely, we will visit their restaurant in the future!
