Nice place to stay as everything is new! Beds were comfortable (German style with the separate mattresses and blankets), and they even had exterior automatic window blinds to black out the room for better sleep. Our window faced the back of the hotel, so it was quiet and we never heard the guests walking by in the halls which was great. Either we had no neighbours or the sound proofing was good! The location was convenient and we took the streetcar / tram directly into the city, which only took 10-20 minutes depending on the final stop. Parking: Parking at the hotel was limited and EUR 14.50 per night. The Conti-Park across the street is very cheap and can be as little as EUR 3 per day with their P-Card (can be ordered online 3 days prior to your trip), but it is closed on holidays and Sundays, so you have the risk that the garage can be closed and your car is locked inside. We parked nearby at Parkhaus Carlswerk, which was a 10 minute walk away for Eur 8 per day and the lot was new and felt safe!

My husband and I have traveled around the Europe a lot and The niu became our favorite hotel to stay. All staff speaks multiple languages, beautiful, clean and stylish rooms. Great service. At this location all staff was friendly and helpful but Boris was the best of all. He was very attentive and very nice and he provided the high-level service. We also ordered their breakfast, it’s a reasonable price for a very fresh and tasteful food. We enjoyed our time at the niu.

The hotel is located close to the Wiener tram station. The neighborhood is very diverse. Once the shops are closed, the streets get lesser crowd. Personally, I dont feel safe walking through the streets past 9pm There is a significant drop in pedestrians on the streets . Someone I met today said she felt very safe in Cologne. But as long as there are 2 of you, it should be fine. Hotel room is small but clean and looks very modern.

Really comfortable hotel, very cosy with small details like Bluetooth speaker in the room or plugs with USB ports. Stuff is extremely nice and helpful. It was somewhat pricy, probably due to event on the fair nearby, and therefore also the rating 4 and not 5.

I only booked accommodation for one night while traveling from uk to hungary by car and a large trailer. I informed them via email that I would need a larger parking space as I was towing a longer trailer. of course, I wrote that I would be happy to pay any extra costs. although they responded to the email, they completely ignored my request. when I arrived, the parking lot was full, the staff knew nothing about my prior request. they recommended that I park on the street instead of the hotel's secure parking lot. we found a solution in about an hour, and finally they allowed me to park inside. however, the hotel itself is clean, beautiful, friendly and comfortable. the breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. overall, the hotel can be said to be good, but it was disappointing that even though they read my request, they completely ignored it, they were not interested.

Lovely place close to main roads and private parking with EV cgarger. Decorations are amazing, and yet furniture is comfortable. I liked it a lot. There is a web facilitation of the check-in /out process. I recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, simply because i was very well attended and assisted by the reception guy Simon and the other guy named Volka or something close, very amazing guys and, i´ll surely love to come back again. The subway is easy to connect to the city and airport. Lovely location and friendly environment. Big hugs to all the staffs.

We are very content with this hotel! The room was very cozy and modern. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. Parking is available on site for 14.50 euro/day. There was a tourist tax we had to pay which we didn't know about until arrival, but that didn't bother us too much. The room: - Free Wi-Fi which had pretty good speed. - The beds were quite comfortable. The pillows were nice and soft. Bedside table on either side was very handy & switches for lights and electric blinds. - Curtains. - Tv: Big enough and we loved the available options. We switched between watching tv, listening to the radio and casting to the tv from our phone (Netflix, YouTube, …). - Bathroom: Modern, nicely sized, nice smelling soap, clean towels, hairdryer, … very nice! - Place to hang coats, long wall mirror, desk with chair. - Option to put hanger outside door to skip cleaning & receive a free drink voucher. Service: - The staff were very friendly. They spoke very good English. They answered all our questions. Check-in & Check-out went very smoothly. No issues whatsoever! Location: - Right across a small shopping center with a Lidl, Burger king etc. (Galerie - Wiener Platz) - Very close to public transport. Wiener Platz is a 2 minute walk or so. - Very close to many bakeries and other stores / kebab places / restaurants. - 15 minute walk from E-Werk / Palladium.

Words cannot explain how I am being treated at this hotel! It is unreal! An incident happened where I lost my wallet when I was walking in the town.....Jim spent four hours with me making sure that I got my wallet back!!!! It was the grace of God that my wallet was returned but Jim took four hours to communicate with the individual that found it (seeing I didn't speak German) made arrangements for a taxi to pick up my wallet (which was 50 miles away) Jim stayed with me until my wallet was returned to me! This Jim is an angel and if you are in ever in Germany come to "The Niu Hotel" and ask for Jim ! I am forever grateful!!!! He made me feel like I was family the feeling was unreal !!!! And He makes great cappuccino! 😋

I'm normally not the review writer, but this is worth it. I didn't expect that comfortable beds and small, but very cosy room for this price. I'll come again!

Everything was really good, but it would have been even better if there was hot coffee in the room. It is a necessity for me.

Stayed for a concert at Carlswerk Victoria which was just a short walk away. The rooms are small but clean, and the water pressure was great. Everything went smoothly.

Great value for money, clean comfy rooms. Chromecast on the tv. Very good for the money. My only negative is the air con could be a bit better.

Tried to call them several times but nobody answered. Then I went by the hotel and I could see the employee just ignoring my calls from the window so I walked in. Didn't care for the problem I had with their reservation.Told me there's nothing they could do and just kept the money. I have been in the horeca industry for over 15 years.i have never seen this kind of behavior even at the worst ones that I have worked.
