Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön mit kleinen Cafés und ÖPNV. Besonders geschickt ist auch der Aufenthaltsraum & alles ist sehr sauber. Ist auf jeden Fall meine erste Wahl wenn ich wieder nach Köln komme!!!

In terms of facilities this is probably the best hostel I've stayed in. The beds are HUGE and super comfy. The place is spotlessly clean and feels more like a hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I also recommend the breakfast which is good value for money. I've stayed in a few other hostels in Cologne and this is easily the best one. Definitely not a party hostel although the people I did meet were friendly and mainly international travellers. Location is good - only a 5 min walk to Rudolfplatz tram stop.

Sie sind anscheinend nicht gut ausgebildet. Deeskalierendes Vorgehen absolut Fehlanzeige! Ein Kumpel von mir ist bei einer Karneval-Veranstaltung beim Feiern gestürzt (hat sich sogar eine ernsthafte Verletzung am Knie zugezogen) ich habe ihn wieder aufgeholfen und bin daraufhin sofort nach draußen gebracht worden. Draußen konnte ich die Situation mit einem Mitarbeiter klären, dieser stellte auch fest, dass ich nicht angetrunken bin und wollte mit den Sicherheitspersonal klären, dass ich wieder rein darf. Diese waren mit der Situation augenscheinlich überfordert und haben statt dessen noch drei weitere Kumpels von mir nach draußen gebracht. - Wir werden dort nicht mehr feiern!

This is the coolest hostel I've ever stayed! The rooms are specially designed with different themes, clean and comfy. and you have your own privacy with the curtain. The staff are very friendly, alsooooo nice free coffee provided in the common space in the morning. The bar down stairs is fun and legit, and special event is regularly taken place. Don't worry, the noise won't come to your room ;) .. If I ever come to Cologne again, this place is my first choice to stay!

The place is situated above a bar, which you think would be noisy but the rooms are dead quite with the windows closed. The bar! My partner and I sat at the bar chatting with the bartender for two hours and thoroughly enjoyed it. P.S you get 10% off if you are staying at the hostel.

They charge for the breakfast but it worth, also there is a common area with a fridge you can just take a beer, coffee or wine and write down your name. The location is nice, but you will walk a bit to get to the center, not a big deal. The room are amazing, they have bunkers with curtains totally individual and the bed is very big and clean. The staff are very friendly.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Really nice room (the ballet dancer's one), always was clean. Amazingly comfortable and cozy and quite big bed. Curtains on bed create basically separate room for you. WiFi connection was perfect all the time. Shower rooms are also very good and clean.

terrible. even for the german standards. its floor is almost never clean & the tall blond "hippy" guy in the bar, not very friendly. the worst is the ventilation, which is none-existant & turns the place into a Sauna! Cause it's a Hostel as well, they try to keep it quiet by keeping the windows & the entrance door closed at all times, which leaves no other way for proper ventilation. Very unhygienic!

This place offers a quite unique atmosphere. You enter and feel like you're actually back in your student days where apartments were so small you'd crouch on the bed with the others. The waiters pay attention are friendly and fast. The prices are below average and the music is not too loud and wisely chosen. There's even a DJ on the weekend. The related hotel on top of the bar makes that concept perfect. I'd recommend going there if you want to predrink anytime. The only thing that could be optimized would be the quite old bathrooms and the overall cleanliness.

Nice hostel with a very warm home feeling. Beds in 8-dorm room are very comfortable and wide. Everything is perfectly clean, locker in the room is extremely spacious and already equipped with a lock. If you want socializing, there a bar downstairs. I didn't see any place for cooking, but they have a nice dining room with 20 seats, free coffee and tea. Men's and women's showers are separate. Paid 24 euro per night without breakfast, breakfast is 7-8 euro if you want. Slept there after 5 days on festival and recovered well! 😁 Also if you are interested there is a nice district with street art nearby.

Great location and nice staff. HOWEVER there is no fridge or kitchen for guests to use despite having many facilities on site. These facilities are only for staff. They offer instead a 10% discount at their own cafe, therefore in my opinion they are massively overpriced and looking to make a quick buck by forcing guests to pay even more when staying here.

A comfortable and stylish hostel that I definitely want to return to. The beds in the dorms are larger than usual hostel beds, are very comfy and have curtains that provide some privacy. Linen and a bath towel are supplied and everything was very clean and tidy overall. It was rather warm during my stay, the ventilator they put in the dorm room really helped with the stuffiness :) Edit: There's also free tampons in the toilet stalls, neat!

This hostel is quite amazing! The rooms are lovely and the beds are huge. You have a lot of privacy with the curtains. The only downsides are that there's no self-catering kitchen and in the summer the rooms get very hot but the street is quite loud when you don't close the windows. Otherwise I had a great stay! The locations good as well, you have two subway lines a few minutes from the hostel that are well connected with other lines plus there are a lot of restaurants around.

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 friends in a very nicely decorated 3-bedroom dorm. The bottom bunk was 2 beds combined but very narrow, so you’d basically have to spoon the friends laying next to you - we didn’t want that. We mentioned to the staff that the picture online shows 3 seperate beds and we would like that room. It wasn’t possible, but they put an extra bed in our room, so we didn’t have to snuggle up lol. Staff is very friendly overal, we’ve had a good time! The bar downstairs is nice too, and the district is super. The only comment(s) I can make are that we felt a bit misleaded by the picture of the room online vs the one that we got, and the doors could use dampers. Everytime someone went through the door next to our room I woke up, because it banged shut. Overal nice, and would recommend!

The hostel cancelled my reservation with no excuse. there is a lack of transparency and communication from this hostel. I do not recommend it. If you are not sure about it, book somewhere else.

Had a really good stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was in a 6 bed mixed dorm and the room was really big. The beds were very wide and comfortable. Also the curtains were a great feature to add more privacy. It’s also really close to some cool bars.

I liked it very much, good location, the beds are big and comfortable, there are curtains and lockers. The staff was very kind. I recommend it for sure.

I stayed in an 8 dorm bedroom. The biggest surprise was the size of the beds and lockers. Plenty of space :)
