Not the highest end of places, but staff is friendly, atmosphere is nice. Room was a bit outdated (the curtains wouldn't close all the way). Getting to Cologne center is either taxi or train, however the train is about a 15 minute walk away (no lights on that road, so avoid doing this at night unless you're with others) and only runs every 20 minutes in peak time, so needs some planning.

The hotel was surprisingly good for the price we paid. It had an unique atmosphere/interior design and the employees were really nice. They had a vending machine instead of a mini-bar. Only thing I missed was A/C.

Due the chaos with check-in, my room was "ready" at 0:10 midnight, after waiting 90 minutes. Washing head had leekage, I have been informed about this fact, when I received the keys. Water closet fill water tank all the first night. Washing head had leekage, until I left home three days later. My room was paid for another 5 days,..... TV remote didn't work. Under the bed, there was some food. Nobody tries to apologize me due this. In the morning I have been asked for room no., to check my breakfast validation. I had got the feeling, I am breakfast black pasanger. In the evening I must show my ID, to help with solving check-in troubles, which were cost by chaotic paper work on the reception desk. Breakfast were excelent. For me, it was terrible experience.

The room was nice and clean, and was equipped with a coffe machine with coffee and biscuits. It has a big balcony with table and chairs as well. From here (my room was on the 6th floor) I could see over the horizon. The hotel has a big parking place (it is behind the building, a little hard to find it), but there is no direct access to the hotel, you need to walk around. The lounge and the restaurant is really nice! I loved the place. The breakfast is excellent, really a best in class. And the place has multiple rooms, so you can find a quite spot to eat. The restaurant only offers the breakfast, so be prepared for the evening as there is not much restaurant (good ones) near by.

- We had booked a double bed, but received two single beds which were not even totally brought together. There was a big gap in the middle. Also a lot of noise was coming down from up stairs early in the morning and late at night. - We asked for toast paste from reception, on phone they said you can come and get it but on reception they said, no there is no toast paste here. - Location is about 30 minutes away from Central Station. - But the staff are mostly helpful and friendly.

It's a lovely place, there is a near by grocery store to grab some snacks, drinks or milk. Has a lovely nature side to it for those who love morning walks. Breakfast is there which is a buffet and quite lovely but a bit expensive like 18 euros. It's a 5/5 place for me.

+Staff are helpful. +Breakfast is good. +Really close to Bayer/ chempark , so it’s convenient for business. +multiple parking spots -rooms are outdated (old bedsheets) -not super clean 6/10 -no noise isolation. You can even hear the water leaks and drops from upstairs. You can hear the rooms around.

A little off the beating track if you're visiting Köln but it was a nice hotel if you're with a family.

Very dishonest staff, cleaner stole my AirPods and hid it in his locker. Thank god I had the new AirPods and I played the ringtone and led me directly to the cleaners locker! Great job Apple. Furthermore rooms are not clean lacking facilities and not welcoming at all. PLEASE AVOID AT EVERY COST

Very quiet place. Room big enough, well eqipped, with coffee make, clean. Very wide range of products for breakfast. 24 reception, free parking.

The hotel looks a bit run down from the outside, but this impression is directly converted into a positive one on the inside. The interior is modern and cozy. the rooms are furnished with a lot of love. The service is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast offers a wide choice and is nicely presented. You can only recommend the hotel for a short stay. Just great!

This is very nice place for everybody. The Location is very good designed. Very stylish. Totaly friendly personal and clean rooms. Just 4 stars because around to go for a walk is not so much. But the rest is good.

What I like the most is the posibility to get a bike for free during my stay. I like also the design of the ground floor as well as the kindness of the staff. On the other hand the space of the toilets is small but they are clean and it is a bit far from cologne.

Nice clean rooms, but no aiconditioning. The breakfast was quite expensive, and there were no sausages, bacon or scramble eggs left. I think if I'd have got to breakfast earlier, there would have been hot food available, and I would have been happy with the price - as is, it seemed expensive. However, there was a large choice of other cold food available. Plenty of parking, and friendly staff. I'd saty there again, but would make a point of getting to breakfast early!

I guest since 2010 in this Hotel nearly 1 to 3 nights every month. There was always free wifi that is getting faster an easier accessed over the years. The bathrooms were renovated nicely and the rooms have good interior design. Only in the winter nights the radiators making ticking sounds in the night, that make could make me crazy. But as I always have some in ear sound protectors at hand it is no problem.

We loved out stay at this Beautyful and very stylish Hotel. The Design and Art is amazing. The employees were Professional and friendly. The breaksfast was amazing. We had Many great options. This was far above the average. The price is amazing in comparison to Many other hotels.

This is a nice hotel, and I would stay here again, but it's missing some amenities that I prefer. There's no air conditioning and the rooms are sweltering. The elevator is small and slow, which is annoying if you are on the 7th floor... and it's really hot in the stairway. The bathroom and shower is tiny. I banged my elbow 50 times trying to shampoo my hair. Otherwise, this is a decent place. The breakfast is really great. The rooms are clean and have TVs and the usual amenities (except AC). Solid place, would stay here again, but would probably prefer something closer to downtown.

I stayed in this hotel overnight and was extremely satisfied from A to Z. The hotel is located outside the city, but there is a direct bus directly from the center of Cologne. We were met by a very nice young woman, she explained everything with respect and kindness and helped to get comfortable. Then I was impressed by the interior, it is original and cozy. Especially I did't expect to see board games in the hallway. The room was also nice: cleanliness, tidiness, cool furniture and a balcony. Everything you need for comfort: hangers, iron, hair dryer, care products, TV set, coffee machine. There was even a New Testament book! The only thing was two separate single beds, placed right next to each other, as if it were one double bed. It was weird, because we booked a room for two with a double bed. However, my overall impression of the hotel was very positive and I would recommend it to everyone. When I checked out, the staff was already different, but also very friendly. Thank you!
