I
would
like
to
give
more
stars,
because
the
ancient,
over
100
year
old
house
has
been
beautifully
renovated
and
"pimped
up".
Unfortunately,
the
technology
isn't
quite.
While
the
rooms
are
very
small
but
functional
and
clean,
many
other
details
are
lacking.
I
was
a
guest
in
November.
Quite
cool
outside
and
then
.....
No
heating
in
the
bathroom!
To
sit
on
what
feels
like
an
ice-cold
toilet
seat
in
an
equally
ice-cold
bathroom
-
well.
If
then
at
least
the
room
was
warm
-
here,
too,
nothing.
The
radiator
in
the
room
didn't
even
get
lukewarm,
half
of
it
stayed
cold
anyway.
In
addition,
the
heating
"bubbled"
so
extremely
that
I
couldn't
sleep
for
a
whole
night.
Alternative:
turn
off
the
heating
and
freeze!
The
very
friendly
service
staff
at
the
front
desk
promised
immediate
remedial
action
the
next
morning.
"The
heating
only
needs
to
be
vented,
I'll
let
you
know!"
Nothing
happened,
the
next
evening
"as
usual"
cold
and
loud
"bubbling"
heating!
Since
I
am
not
technically
unskilled,
I
wisely
got
myself
a
"radiator
ventilation
key"
for
1.90
€
from
the
nearby
Obi
hardware
store.
Did
something
help,
at
least
the
loud
"bubbling"
was
gone
afterwards,
but
the
radiator
was
not
always
warm.
At
least
I
was
able
to
sleep
deeply
in
the
comfortable
bed
(with
allergen-free
bed
linen!)
"Without
bubbling".
It
is
understandable
that
the
beds
are
not
made
because
of
"Corona",
but
it
would
have
been
useful
to
point
this
out.
Concerning.
"Corona"
but
everything
is
"clean",
i.e.
Hands-desi
at
the
breakfast
buffet,
mask
requirement
up
to
the
table,
etc.
Well
done,
well
organized,
you
feel
safe.
It's
great
-
if
you
like
/
need
it
-
free
Sky
programs
in
every
room,
free
WiFi.
From
my
point
of
view,
3
or
4
stars
would
actually
be
appropriate,
but
not
with
almost
no
heating
in
November.
Sorry,
dear
hotel
team!
(Original)
Ich
würde
gerne
mehr
Sterne
geben,
denn
das
uralte,
über
100
Jahre
alte
Haus
wurde
schön
renoviert
und
"aufgehübscht".
Die
Technik
leider
nicht
so
ganz.
Während
die
Zimmer
sehr
klein
aber
funktionell
und
sauber
sind,
hapert
es
an
vielen
anderen
Details.
Ich
war
im
November
zu
Gast.
Draussen
recht
kühl
und
dann.....
Keine
Heizung
im
Bad!
Sich
auf
eine
gefühlt
eiskalte
Klobrille
in
einem
ebenso
gefühlt
eiskaltem
Bad
zu
setzen
-
naja.
Wenn
dann
wenigstens
das
Zimmer
warm
wäre
-
auch
hier
Fehlanzeige.
Der
Heizkörper
im
Zimmer
wurde
nicht
einmal
handwarm,
die
Hälfte
davon
blieb
eh
kalt.
Dazu
"blubberte"
die
Heizung
so
extrem,
dass
ich
eine
ganze
Nacht
nicht
schlafen
konnte.
Alternative:
Heizung
abdrehen
und
frieren!
Die
sehr
freundliche
Servicekraft
an
der
Rezeption
versprach
am
nächsten
Morgen
dann
sofortige
Abhilfe.
"Da
muss
nur
die
Heizung
entlüftet
werden,
ich
sag
Bescheid!"
Passiert
ist
nix,
auch
am
nächsten
Abend
"wie
gehabt"
kalte
und
laut
"blubbernde"
Heizung!
Da
ich
handwerklich
nicht
ungeschickt
bin,
habe
ich
mir
in
weiser
Voraussicht
für
1,90€
im
nahem
Obi-Baumarkt
einen
"Heizkörper-Entlüftungs-Schlüssel"
geholt.
Hat
etwas
geholfen,
zumindest
das
laute
"Blubbern"
war
danach
weg,
der
Heizkörper
aber
dennoch
nicht
durchgehend
warm.
Immerhin
konnte
ich
aber
"blubberlos"
gut
in
dem
durchaus
bequemen
Bett
(mit
allergenfreier
Bettwäsche!)
tief
Schlafen.
Dass
wohl
wegen
"Corona"
die
Betten
nicht
gemacht
werden
ist
verständlich,
ein
Hinweis
darauf
wäre
aber
sinnvoll
gewesen.
Bzgl.
"Corona"
aber
Alles
"sauber",
d.h.
Hände-Desi
am
Frühstücksbuffet,
Maskenpflicht
bis
zum
Tisch
etc.
Gut
gemacht,
gut
organisiert,
man
hat
ein
sicheres
Gefühl.
Toll
ist
--
wer
es
mag/braucht
-
Sky-Programme
kostenlos
auf
jedem
Zimmer,
WLAN
kostenlos.
Eigentlich
wären
aus
meiner
Sicht
3
oder
4
Sterne
angebracht,
aber
fast
ohne
Heizung
im
November
halt
nicht.
Sorry,
liebes
Hotel-Team!
