the plant based whopper and big king xxl were burnt and tasted funny...in a bad way. the restaurant's staff looked dirty and scruffy, not wearing any gloves or hairnets. the tables and seats outside were dirty and sticky. wasps were coming out of the garbage bags that were not closed of.

Pretty good food, but slow serving. At least it is 100.000 times better than the Mac next door. That is the worse I have ever been 😂

Clerks were basically ignoring or actively trying to avoid any customer interaction.

It is always my first stop when I arrive to Germany. A quick and tasty meal. Food is of good quality there. I enjoy this place whenever I eat there.

The gave us the wrong order with 2 sides of stale fries, and had to wait in line to have our order fixed so we ended up leaving instead. The worker in the drive thru line was friendly though.

Crispy burger was good. The meat in the other burger was very bad and looked old 😐

Ordered Food and they gave me the wrong order. When I called and told them about it, they just said they couldnt do anything and that they didnt care. I complained within 1 day, with pictures. Terrible service. Can not recommend.

It was very tasty. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the patio outside was very dirty. Overall very pleasant experience.

Ordered via Lieferandoo (paid in advanced via paypal), waited for three hours. The app said it was going to be arriving "any minute" for the last 2 of those hours. I ended up going to sleep without any food. I wake up and see "ORDER DELIVERED" so not only did i go to sleep hungry, now you try to scam me for my money as well? I should have know this place is incompetent just by how many bad reviews there were...

The cashier is so impolite do not accept order in front while it is not possible to change menu by machine there .

We’re not from Germany and the delivery guy waited half an hour before we eventually came down to see where our food was at. He couldn’t call us because of our English number so it’s sweet he waited. What a legend. The food itself was fine, filled our tums after a long day of starvation.

Ordered plant based but got real meat in a green wrapper (so it wasn't a mistake they are cheating). Also cold fries and stale soda. Avoid at all costs.
