Yesterday at noon I was spontaneously allowed to accompany my mother-in-law, 85, to circuit training. She has been going there every Friday with a dear friend for two years and looks forward to it all week. She suffers from dementia and can still move well with restrictions. It was very nice to see how Eva guided them through the circuit training in a relaxed and effortless manner. There was a lot of joking and laughing during the exercises. Despite the relaxed atmosphere, Eva made sure that all the varied exercises were carried out correctly by the participants. The atmosphere and the music were very pleasant and, in my opinion, every woman will feel accepted and welcomed here in her own way. It's a shame that the studio is too far away for me. When I have stubborn problems, a targeted massage or Dorn therapy often helps. I actually can't think of anything that I would wish was different.
