I
visited
this
KFC
on
October
13,
2022
between
4-5:45
PM
and
from
the
moment
I
approached
the
counter,
the
younger
black
woman
was
rude.
On
her
name
tag,
one
name
(no
Frau
like
the
older
African
lady)
and
she
wears
her
natural
hair
back
in
a
bun.
I
usually
have
a
decent
experience
at
KFC
and
for
that
reason
alone,
I'm
not
writing
her
name
on
here.
I
greeted
her
and
she
ignored
me
but
I
didn't
care
because
it
happens
here
in
Cologne
often.
She
had
an
attitude
immediately
for
absolutely
no
reason.
She
talked
down
at
me
as
if
I
wasn't
worth
anything
as
a
customer.
I
have
never
met
the
woman
in
my
life,
and
she
was
'duzen'
me
(informal/using,
du
instead
of
Sie).
I
have
no
clue
as
to
what
I
could
have
said
or
done
to
offend
her.
Truly,
I
was
in
a
state
of
shock.
I
told
her
that
she
was
rude
and
nothing
more.
In
my
opinion,
an
hospitality
worker
should
have
excellent
customer
service
when
dealing
with
the
public
and
this
woman
had
zero.
Regardless,
afterwards,
I
continue
to
speak
clearly
and
nicely
to
her.
My
bill
came
to
a
total
of
26.96
Euros
and
I
had
only
one
request,
that
she
give
me
anything
but
the
breast
(too
thick)
and
thighs
when
it
came
to
my,
'3
Hänchenteile'.
I
stood
on
the
side
waiting
for
my
meal
and
witnessed
her
getting
the
food
for
her
customers,
handing
them
their
bags
or
trays,
while
howling
and
snapping
at
them.
She
became
increasingly
and
visibly
more
and
more
irritated
by
each
person
and
luckily
for
us,
she
refrained
from
screaming.
At
some
point,
I
looked
for
my
receipt
and
noticed
that
I
didn't
get
one.
She
snapped
that
she
gave
it
to
me
and
didn't
hold
back
with
the
nasty
comments.
I
opened
the
bag,
checked
my
food,
and
noticed
that
she
gave
me
two
wings.
I
told
her
so,
she
said
that
I'm
wrong
and
walked
away.
She
simply
ignored
me
from
that
moment:
she
was
right
and
I
was
wrong.
The
older
black
lady
came
and
talked
to
me.
She
was
stressed
out
as
well,
also
had
a
bit
of
an
edge
too
but
was
more
composed.
I
asked
whether
there
was
a
manager
there,
she
said
no
and
asked
why
I
wanted
to
talk
to
a
manager.
At
that
point,
we
switched
to
talking
in
English.
I
said
that
the
younger
woman
there
is
rude.
I
opened
my
app,
showed
her
what
I
ordered..
she
noticed
the
mistake
and
gave
me
4
wings
now
instead
of
3.
I
told
her
that
I
didn't
need
4
wings
only
what
I
asked
for.
She
asked
me
to
excuse
the
other
woman
because
she
is
stressed
out
due
to
the
number
of
customers
and
since
it
was
their
mistake,
she
gave
me
an
extra
piece
of
meat.
Truly,
it
wasn't
even
rush
hour..
would
she
slice
our
heads
open
then?!
To
the
Mgrs
of
KFC,
giving
a
customer
an
extra
wing
doesn't
solve
this
problem.
Judging
by
the
ratings,
I
can
clearly
see
some
changes
need
to
be
made
at
that
KFC.
You
need
a
friendlier
staff
and
people
who
can
handle
the
demand
of
their
job.
