Super Hotel with one of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Small family friendly. Would stay here again if I stay in the vicinity.

Very nice hotel to stay. Friendly hosts make you feel welcome from the first moment. Rooms are clean, food is nice, there is a beautiful garden. Next visits to Köln will bring us back to this place.

This is a nice, quiet hotel. Very homely. Rooms are clean and facilities are good. Staff are extremely helpful. I had my flight back to the UK cancelled, and the staff helped me sort extending my car rental. Very good.

Seems to be family-owned small hotel. Despite of the name, restaurant didn't work. Nice lobby but the room is below average even for 3*. Don't see any single reason for 4* for this place. Breakfast is extra but okay. Overall, okay for quick overnight stay but certainly no more.

Nice hotel, very raccomanded

Nice hotel, friendly personal and convenient price. Incredibly​ tasty breakfast. The rooms are not small nor big. The terrace is a wonderful place to eat. I would gladly go there again.

Pretty poor single bed room for 3 people. We traveled with 2 adults and one infant and got a 1 bed room with a strange small "beistellbed". As we arrived really late 2 a clock we didn't say anything. Also the room was not really clean and the sink didn't drain with particles. Also there were stains in the toiltet and lovely we had a bug that was overwintering. At least we got 10 euros back.

I've been here 2 times. The hotel is ok but not really special in any way. Something that isn't really 21st century is, that they charge a ridiculous amount of money for the internet connection. If you stay here for a week or longer, better by a surfstick somewhere. It'll be cheaper (and probably even better).

This was our second extended stay, once before the pandemic and now just after. This family operated hotel is spectacular. The service is responsive to needs, if they occur. The dining room, breakfast and dinner are not hotel style, but truly high end restaurant quality. It is billed as an airport hotel because of proximity but it is way beyond the utilitarian room and bed. There is ease of access to the highway and Cologne proper. We would not think of staying anywhere else.
