Decent place, we got an upgrade to a room with a private bathroom. Not bad for reasonably priced accommodation.

We stayed for two nights in the hotel. Very well located. 5 minutes walking distance of the Cologne Cathedral and 5 minutes by train of the Köln Messe. 11th century building. Rooms comfortable but no lift. No breakfast

Great location within walking distance to many sites, train stations, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Very friendly staff and spacious rooms. The bathroom equipment is a bit old, but everything is functioning and is clean. Great location for exploring Cologne old city as well as taking a walk to the Köln Messe grounds. The central railway station is also a 5 minute walking distance. The only drawback is lack of a restaurant / breakfast service. However, there're plenty of other options available within a 3 minute walking distance. Very convenient check-out - just drop the keys into box and you're done - important when you're in hurry for early flight.

Great place! Superb, central location, big and clean rooms. Booked two rooms for our football (soccer) trip from Belgium, so we four sort of got a private bathroom on the top floor. There's no elevator, but for dudes already around 30 it's only a good thing. Gotta burn them weizens somehow. Many main sights are within short walking distance. There are several parking garages close by to park your car. The only minor problem was when arriving, since the code we got didn't work and knocking on the door/window got no results. After some time the owner opened the door. The gentleman at the office was quite funny and gave some good info about the city. I did some research and on paper this place had the best price/quality ratio. And we were glad we booked the place, since it really was price worthy. If location is important for you: this place is a solid 5/5.

Perfect location. Charming street. Wow just wow. We knew there was a shared bathroom but. There was noone else on our floor. Very clean and cozy. Great beds, cathedral out my window. Check out the wine cellar underneath. Don't miss it. Big score on this location

Centally located to downtown, the service was great and all aspects of the room were fantastic. Spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, and very quiet for the central location.

The overall stay was oke but not spectaculair. We had a shared bathroom and it was a bit noisy. Key exchange was great but they thought we hadn't paid yet although it was from my account already.
