Think
twice
before
booking
a
cocktail
course
or
dinner!
Rude
und
unprofessional
staff!
We
started
2
hours
late!
We
travelled
quite
a
distance
to
Cologne
for
a
cocktail
course
and
dinner
here.
Upon
arrival
we
were
sent
to
a
back
room
that
had
no
lights
and
no
tables
to
eat
from.
It
felt
like
we
were
in
a
closet.
We
were
the
only
group
in
the
back
part
of
the
bar
at
that
moment.
We
asked
if
we
could
move
and
the
waitress
said
"I
don't
think
so.
We
have
other
guests
coming."
Finally
we
were
allowed
to
sit
elsewhere.
This
place
is
NOT
made
for
eating.
We
sat
on
tiny
stools
and
ate
off
of
tiny
crates.
No
one
came
to
take
our
order
for
a
long
time.
We
asked
for
water
and
the
waitress
brought
tap
water
and
2
glasses
for
5
people.
She
sat
down
near
us
and
when
we
asked
for
more
water
and
glasses
she
said
rudely
"I
already
brought
you
water".
Then
she
brought
1
more
glass.
So
3
glasses
for
5
people.
The
food
was
vegetarian
as
requested.
It
was
in
a
small
corner
which
was
hard
to
reach.
We
had
to
struggle
to
get
the
lids
off
and
put
food
on
our
plates
since
there
was
no
room
or
place
to
put
the
lids
to
the
side.
There
were
also
no
serving
utensils.
It
was
way
too
much
food
for
5
people
and
everything
was
tasteless.
Not
bad
but
literally
no
flavor.
Except
for
the
salad
with
strawberries.
That
was
disgusting.
The
vegetables
were
covered
in
lemon
juice
so
they
were
just
sour.
Very
disappointing
and
left
us
hungry
and
unsatisfied.
After
that
we
waited
for
what
felt
like
forever.
They
said
they
would
bring
us
drinks,
they
never
did.
Again,
we
started
2
hours
after
the
planned
time,
screwing
up
our
planned
schedule
for
the
rest
of
the
evening.
Finally
someone
came
to
take
our
orders
and
when
we
asked
if
the
server
(the
owner)
could
come
back,
he
never
did.
Finally
we
managed
to
order
drinks,
which
we
had
to
pay
for.
In
all
honesty,
having
us
wait
so
long,
they
could
have
at
least
offered
a
round
of
drinks
on
the
house.
Later
we
were
brought
shots
but
the
bartender
didn't
even
know
what
they
were
and
even
sniffed
them
before
saying
he
wasn't
sure.
We
had
booked
a
cocktail
course
for
5
cocktails
but
we
only
got
to
make
4.
Probably
due
to
starting
so
late.
The
owner
also
asked
in
the
middle
of
everything
how
we
were
going
to
pay.
This
was
very
unprofessional
especially
since
it
was
already
discussed
via
email
and
it
was
a
gift
for
the
person
present.
We
were
a
group
of
5
people
and
were
given
1
ice
bucket
and
only
enough
equipment
(cutting
boards,
knives,
stirrers
etc)
for
2
people.
There
was
no
introduction
given.
Because
there
were
other
guests
at
the
bar,
it
was
too
loud
for
all
of
us
to
hear
the
instructions.
At
a
prior
cocktail
course
we
did,
we
played
games,
got
to
stand
behind
the
bar
to
mix
the
drinks,
got
a
certificate
and
got
copies
of
the
cocktail
recipes.
Compared
to
this
past
experience,
what
Chapmans
offers
is
a
waste
of
time
and
money.
The
bar
itself
is
physically
not
made
for
these
activities
since
it
is
so
narrow
and
sitting
at
the
bar
there
is
not
enough
space
for
people
to
walk
by
behind
you
from
the
entrance.
The
one
bartender
was
very
rude.
We
tried
to
give
him
an
empty
glass
and
he
said
"what
am
I
supposed
to
do
with
that?"
When
we
asked
him
for
napkins
he
said
"why
are
you
always
asking
me?".
Then
he
made
a
comment
about
our
friend
laughing
saying
she
is
too
loud
for
his
hangover
and
the
frequency
of
her
voice
is
giving
him
a
headache.
There
was
also
a
birthday
party
in
the
other
room
and
we
witnessed
them
being
treated
poorly
by
the
staff.
This
place
does
not
understand
professionalism
or
customer
service.
100%
would
not
recommend
this
experience
or
bar
to
anyone.
