Worst apartment ever i stayed in my life. Arrogant receptionist and money minded people. Even small adapter asking 50 Euros deposit. before staying they took all the stayed money ( not as per industry standard). They are very very bad example of Germans. Ratings provide are bullshit. How they are managing with Arrogant staff and bad behaviour

The room is big, actually its apartment. The service in the front desk is excellent. The location is the best, few meters from the Dom. But, actually its not a hotel, its more nursing home for old ladies. Even the facilities in the room are very old. The bed are not comfortable, they need to refresh it.

Not clean!

Location brilliant - but it’s an old people’s home and the atmosphere to go with it. Kitchenette only very sparsely equipped. Fire alarm went off twice whilst we were there over the weekend and apparently it’s a regular occurrence. Would definitely not go there again.

Very bad hotel, no A/C and the staff also not professional, their behaviour is unfriendly. There is a guy (looks Mexican) working their, he is totally unprofessional. I don't know why the majority of the people their are very old, over 75 years! NOT RECOMMENDED....

This Hotel is a Retirement residence hotel. It was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. They do not mention this on their website for higher profitability by tricking young people like us. I truly suffered during my stay here. Average age of the tenants without any exaggeration is 70 or 75. Worst Hotel EVER.

It is the worst internet connection and some of the staff in the reception

A very quiet hotel. Most of the people there are old. Rooms are clean and nice. Internet is bad, we had to talk to them several times to make it work again. Overall, I enjoyed staying there and I would recommend it to anybody.

Awesome rooms, facilities and staff.Problem is internet. Wi-fi is so slow or disconnected regularly. Also this place is part of elder house. We loved this place cuz be with elders and say hello to them is priceless. Also u have to test for corona when you check in but it’s free of charge but if you wanna use pool u have to test every 24 hours. If they improve internet this place way better than hilton:)

Can't fault this place big rooms, balcony and close to the station.
