The service is good. Food is delicious. Ice cream is yummy!! The weather is nice to sit outside. Great place to enjoy the afternoon.

Went there twice already back in October; once for food, and the other for a coffee and a dessert, and honeslty the food was very good. We had Pizza and Pasta, and the other visit we had a type of pastry filled with custard which tasted slightly like Profiteroles - or maybe it was Profiteroles with a twist, can't remeber the name of it though :) All in all it was good, and would probably go back again.

I can’t say anything about main dishes here, because I only got there to have some hot drink and dessert. The weather outside was pretty cold so I decided to order ginger tea and a strudel. The tea was tasteless because the ginger was cut too coarsely. And it was only the ginger without any tasty additions like mint, lemon or orange I used to have in Ukraine. The strudel wasn’t my cup of tea neither. It wasn’t fresh, the dough was chewy and the filling was a little sour. The only nice thing is the atmosphere on the top floor with a nice view.

I added this empty 3-star rating for mediocre food five years ago. I forgot about it until Romeo Romeo sent me legal threats to try and remove it - maybe they thought I'm ex-staff because my name sounds Indian? Apparently they have not just mediocre food but also mediocre lawyers.

Bad service, Below average food, If you like "Real" Italian food stay away. Waitreses extremely rude, messed up my order 3 times..... AVOID.

Location is great, with tables inside and outside, facing a square garden. The food is very good and the quantity is very well served. One pizza can suit 2 people easily. The prices are not cheap but they are like in most places in Cologne. Dogs allowed 🐶.

We just stopped by for a quick snack during Fantasy Filmfest 2023 at the nearby 'Residenz' theater and have been delighfully surprised by both the friendly service and quality of the dishes served to us at Romeo and Romeo. We had some scoops of their ice cream, too. Delicious!

32 Euros for a board big enough for four people. Fun place cool to eat here on the Ring street. Coffees are literally really sweet!

The staff is very friendly, the food… I cannot find the right words to describe it, it was AMAZING! Avocado-salmon Burger is highly recommended, as for desert… lotus pancakes are more than awesome 😍

We were ignored by four members of staff when we tried to get a table. It’s a shame as the food looked great and the setting was good. However, no one seemed in the slightest bit interested in serving us.

Horrible experience. We were a table of four people with a simple order. When we ordered fresh orange juice the lady brought apple juice, we asked her to give us Orange and she said the machine was broken, she also forgot one of our orders… we talked to the manager who assured us the Orange machine was functional. We finally got our OJ and she offered us a discount. We waisted 60 minutes waiting for mediocre food.

Came here for a glass of white wine, and then coffee and desert. It was a good decision. Probably rates 4 and a half stars, but I gave it a five because it deserves more than a four.

They can speak some languages (including English ofc) which is great for people coming from other country's to visit Cologne (Köln) 2. Food and Drinks I've been a customer for months by now and I really can't deny and I think nobody can is that the food is very delicious the drinks are tasty, and the presentation in general is beautiful. The background music is also another thing which makes this place better. 4. Menu You like Italian cuisine? Then ur here at the right place. This Italian cafe doesn't only serves delicious pastries and homemade drinks, they also serve the food that you know from your last trip from Rome.
