The buffet is really nice and they have quite a lot of options to choose. The food was tasty, some of the options were better than the other of course. However, the service is good they took care of us fast and nicely. There's written in the menu that if you leave food they can charge you 5€ more but we left a bowl of soup which we didn't like and we appreciated it that they didn't charge us just for this. In general it is a nice place to have a chinese buffet and the price is worth!

Luckily our initial choice of restaurant was closed so we came here. All you can eat and the food was great. Definitely repeat visits next time I am back in Cologne.

A really wide range of foods with great quality and taste! Just pay 15 euros and eat as much as you can! And it was not just about food, great starter, and deserts also serve here, all included in your 15 euros entrance fee. Ordered delivery. Came slightly after quoted delivery time, though food was super hot on arrival. I have never had food this good from delivery. Got king prawns and mushrooms, and probably made myself sick as I couldn't stop eating. Shrimps were quite small to be called king prawns, but there were tons of shrimps there so I am not complaining. Absolutely need more of this in my life.

Love it .. one friend recommended it and i was there 3 times during my vacation in Köln.. very tasty food , service and atmosphere.. very welcoming and fresh.. i recommend it

MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN EXPERIENCE IN COLOGNE… This is just awful place with very bad attitude from waitress. When you want to talk with a waitress, even they don’t listen and just keep ignore you. They yelled also, if you want to explain your unpleasant situation.

Food was far away from my expectations. Waitress wasnt nice and doesn't speak English, I was ignored by her because I do not speak German. My colleague was able to help but lady wasn't nice. I am not recommending.

There was good food in the buffet. Polite staff. Wide selection. The downside is that you can't get water at the Buffa price. Drinks are not included.

Not much choice of food, but you can feed your self anyway, they have prawns, beef, chicken and duck, all food was freshly cooked and was delicious, visit on Saturday evening and place was very busy,definitely will recommend Drachen City and will go back again.

Experienced much better Chinese buffet in other places with great variety and flavour. Food was bland and greasy. Most of the dishes tasted the same. Soups were thinned and flavourless. Staff was okay, but probably things got overlooked because of the New year rush. We read the good reviews and went but it did not match up to that, but probably it was a bad day because of the rush. But the hygiene of the place was nice.

Chicken was pink raw. Staff took away my plate after five minutes and put uneaten food back into the buffet. Genuinely sick and worried for my health after this.

I wish i could give zero stars 😡 chicken was raw and when reported to the waiter he put it in a napkin and walked away??? also caught him putting chicken from our plates back into a bowl to be served next day. drinks were also out of date (visible on can) absolutely awful place overall 🤮🤮🤮

The service was great, and the price was very reasonable for a buffet in the middle of the city. The food was not bad, but not good either, but OK if your not so fussy. The restaurant was loud and busy, which was OK for a late lunch, but I would bring my wife here for a date, or a client for a business lunch. I would come here again if I am very hungry, and the professionalism of the staff mean that they deserve four stars.

I don’t even know what to say. I would say the food is tasty. However the service was terrible. I would have walked away and not paid due to how my toddler and I was treated. No napkins was provided, when I asked for a ginger ale, I got yelled at by server that I had requested a cola. I agreed but I also wanted a ginger ale. I made the request and no one ever came to bring the napkins or the ginger ale. I will never come here again.

Their foods war good and price too, but their service made us crazy. We had 2 perambulator and they changed our place 3 times because of it. We couldn't be relax and eat our foods. It was total bad.

went there a couple of days ago. Did not see much of the food that you see in pictures. No shrimp and very little choice in general. Do not recommend. Maybe they took out some options or only serve them for dinner.

I have been there twice. Once for the buffet and once to pick up some leftovers from Too Good To Go. Food were good, but service could be more friendly towards the people who pick up the leftovers.

It's my first time here.....fantastic. We went to another restaurant only to find it was closed so next stop was here. Fantastic food and all you can eat but a couple of plates was enough for me. Great food and excellent value for money.

Fantastic restaurant. Large array of food on offer, including starters, soups, salads, meat and vegetable dishes, salads, and lots of desserts. The buffet really was amazing!

Their service is the best! They make sure you have all you want. I liked self service the most. They've nice food and their prices are reasonable.

All you can eat it a la carte. We asked for a la carte, not possible, but for some it seemed to be possible 15 minutes later (odd). In short, buffet was cold, 2 days later we are still enjoying it... Used to be good, not recommended anymore. Cheap but not okay.

Today august 31 my family and I went to eat at this restaurant and all 4 of us have stomach pain. I asked for the food receipt but the employee refused to give me it. The washroom is very dirty. The tables are dirty. The food is not fresh and dirty. Bad service.
