Products are very good. Service is incredibly bad. I bought a jacket and previously asked if it could be exchanged. It wasn't mentioned that you only get a voucher back. The Asian saleswoman was extremely friendly during the purchase, but extremely unfriendly when exchanging it for another jacket. The newly purchased jacket was stuffed unfolded into the bag. The voucher was put in without any information and the bag was ultimately thrown at my feet. I have never witnessed anything like this. This store is dead for me.

Nice shop on Hohestraße with shoe models, at least according to my personal taste. The staff in the sales room and at the checkout were extremely friendly and accommodating. We quickly found a nice pair of shoes at a greatly reduced price. Considering the rubbish that is generally offered as ready-to-wear shoes these days, the price-performance ratio was definitely okay.
