Came here to buy a car: I waited around 15-20mins to be asked by the receptionist what I wanted, she called 2-3 salespeople who never answered the phone, so I left my card to be called/emailed later with the answer to my question (I was looking for a simple number). I never heard back so I bought a BMW instead. If the pre-sales is like this, I wonder how bad is the after-sales.

I was a customer here and been using their service shop for my tires changes and maintenances. They suddenly increased the prices of tire changes for my CLA (which I bought here) from 160 to almost 400 without notifying first and with the reason that "it is hard work" and the previous price was an "offer". This offer was never even mentioned before this day. If they do this for something like a tire change, imagine what they can do about more expensive stuff. Stay away! I'm never coming back here. It is a shame because most of the staff and the engineers are very nice people so there must be something else going on here.

Worst response, visited for test drive, they promised me to arrange an appointment and call me back but nearly 6 months no response...

Best Service in the Bar , I like it

One of a kind dealership. First, it's HUGE! Next, they open on Sundays just so people can look around. No sales staff at all. So amazing.

Very poor dealership, came in with a clear interest to buy a brand new car. No salesperson is available in an empty dealership with no customers and they can not tell how long i would need to wait, had to leave after waiting for 50 minutes. Pathetic service for such a great company.

great Mercedes car dealer, probably the best one i saw up to low. customer focused, modern and nice staff.

Big nice office, good parking. But service is not impressive, termin for Mercedes me application fix is in two months. Assignment of this service center in the application and showing of MB warranty card does not reduce long registration procedure. Business card of the info team are outdated and cannot be shared. Didn't have impression of getting the luxurious brand and service, let's see if my impression will change with time or I'll need to change a dealer or even brand. Update: I wrote a message to Feedback-Koeln before posting this review and no one contacted me after.
