We approached Schlun &Elseven for help following our son ‘s involvement in an e-scooter incident in Hamburg. The reason I gave a one-star rating is because less than that isn't possible. I had received an email confirmation from Miss Lisa-Marie Rössler stating that they wouldn't offer me an initial consultation if they didn't see any positive chances. She confirmed that they saw positive chances and kept reminding me to book the consultation, which made me excited. Once I had the consultation with Mr. Dominik Müller, which was supposed to last one hour as stated in the booking details from 11:30 to 12:30, I was disappointed. Mr. Müller only spent 25 minutes asking me for details that I had already provided to Miss Lisa in the free assessment. Then, he sent me emails with negative feedback, stating they were sorry for the miscommunication and that his colleague didn't inform him about it. It seemed like Miss Lisa was merely telling me anything to make me schedule an appointment and pay for the consultation, which I found very unprofessional. It appeared they were more concerned about earning money. Even Mr. Müller wrote me negative feedback without any plan or recommendation and didn't respond to emails or offer any solution. I think this office lacks experience; they don't know how to deal with customers, and they don't even communicate with each other. I wonder how people write positive reviews about them; it's confusing to me. Maybe they only handle paperwork and easy cases because I didn't feel safe when talking to them. I don't recommend their services. I'm writing this review to help people who are searching for lawyers, as they might think this office is good. I know how long it takes for people to find a good lawyer.
