This makes the shoe, original purchase price over 200 euros, unusable! I am very disappointed that my complaint was rejected by Ecco customer service. Ma femme et moi avons cherché pendant des heures des chaussures pour homme de taille 40, ils étaient les seuls à en avoir en stock (à tous les autres magasins de cette rue commerçante: vive le small-size 'shaming'!!!). Expérience client au top! Avec un vendeur ghanéen (dont j'ai oublié le nom mais il se reconnaîtra) serviable, patient et drôle en plus! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute dans cette boutique.

Trage seid vielen Jahr ecco Schule! Habe bereits in diesem Store schon viele Schuhe gekauft! Bei einem davon hat sich nach einem Jahr an dem Material unangenehmes Synthetik Geruch entwickelt (kein Fußgeruch) Haben das heute reklamiert und die Reklamation wurde vom Manager abgelehnt! Die Schuhe haben 24 Monate Gewährleistung, Währe kein Grund für Reklamation die Schule haben 160€ gekostet und richen nach Synthetik. Mega enttäuscht von diesem ecco Store. Das war das letzte mal das ich in diesen Geschäft Schuhe kaufe.

Die Store ist übersichtlich, Mitarbeiter nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Schuhe werden kein Schönheitswetbewerb gewinnen, sind aber sehr bequem. Ich werde bestimmt öfters dort einkaufen.
