I've had a hernia for a year now. Visited several doctors in the Netherlands, but unfortunately without results. Called on Thursday for an appointment, the next Monday it was my turn. Everything was arranged immediately, short medical examination, MRI scan, intake, corona test and appointment with the anesthetist. The next morning I received a call that the corona test was negative and that I could come for the operation. I was well looked after, the room was tidy and the nurses were very friendly. The operation was not too bad. When I got back to the room after the operation, I was allowed to walk carefully and I no longer noticed any pain. After an overnight stay I was allowed to go home again and the recovery at home went very well. Apart from some muscle pain, I had no problems. I can recommend anyone whose hernia does not go away on its own to seek help from Dr. Simons.
