Ich
habe
mir
jetzt
verschiedene
Klassen
angeschaut
und
komme
leider
auf
ein
ernüchterndes
Fazit.
Leider
ist
es
ein
Ort
an
dem
Yoga
als
Show-off-Fitness
praktiziert
wird.
Ich
praktiziere
selbst
fortgeschritten
und
da
fällt
es
besonders
auf,
wie
unpräzise
die
Positionen
angeleitet
und
einfach
aneinander
gereiht
werden.
Sowohl
Allignmentkorrekturen
als
auch
die
gesamte
Yoga
Philosophie
finden
in
den
meisten
Kursen
einfach
gar
nicht
statt.
Vermutlich
ist
die
Atmosphäre
deshalb
auch
so
kühl
und
distanziert.
Super
schade,
denn
die
Location
ist
eigentlich
ganz
schön
und
zentral
gelegen.
Darüberhinaus
finde
ich
es
mega
unangenehm
bei
der
Anleitung
um
Positionen
gebeten
zu
werden,
wie
zum
Beispiel
„dann
streckst
du
bitte
das
hintere
Bein“.
Das
kann
mal
gesagt
werden,
aber
wenn
jeder
zweite
Satz
eine
Bitte
ist,
kann
das
ganz
schön…
belastend
sein
🙈
Das
alles
gilt
nicht
für
Debbies
Kurse,
die
sind
super!!

I
have
now
looked
at
various
classes
and
unfortunately
come
to
a
sobering
conclusion.
Unfortunately,
it's
a
place
where
yoga
is
practiced
as
show-off
fitness.
I
practice
at
an
advanced
level
myself
and
it
is
particularly
noticeable
how
imprecisely
the
positions
are
instructed
and
simply
lined
up.
Both
alignment
corrections
and
the
entire
yoga
philosophy
simply
do
not
take
place
in
most
courses.
That's
probably
why
the
atmosphere
is
so
cool
and
distant.
It's
a
shame,
because
the
location
is
actually
quite
nice
and
centrally
located.
In
addition,
I
find
it
extremely
uncomfortable
to
be
asked
for
positions
during
the
instructions,
such
as
"then
please
stretch
your
back
leg".
That
can
be
said
sometimes,
but
if
every
second
sentence
is
a
request,
it
can
be
pretty...
stressful
🙈
None
of
this
applies
to
Debbie's
courses,
they
are
great!!
