It's
really
not
that
often
that
I
write
Google
reviews,
and
certainly
not
negative
ones.
However,
it
can
no
longer
be
avoided
and
I
think
it
is
fair
if
“real”
customers
also
write
honest
reviews
here.
First
of
all,
I
have
to
say
that
this
is
really
nothing
against
the
incredibly
lovely
boss
Franzi
or
that
I
have
anything
against
the
store
in
general.
My
girlfriend
and
I
have
been
customers
of
fafe
since
day
one.
At
first
I
was
very
satisfied
with
the
products.
However,
over
time
I
noticed
that
the
necklaces
and
earrings
quickly
discolored,
although
I
initially
perceived
this
as
normal.
Little
by
little
more
and
more
pieces
of
jewelry
were
added.
Among
other
things,
the
PET
coin
pendant,
the
pearl
choker,
several
rings,
2
bracelets,
chunky
hoops
in
4
different
sizes,
charm
pendants,
etc.
etc.
The
quality
of
ALL
products
is
-
I'm
sorry
-
miserable.
I
always
kept
the
fafe
rings
in
my
jewelry
bag
when
I
wasn't
wearing
them.
Never
left
it
open
in
the
bathroom
or
anything
like
that.
My
earrings
all
changed
color
within
a
very
short
time
and
the
coating
came
off.
Likewise
with
the
rings,
which
can
cost
upwards
of
€79.
Same
with
my
girlfriend.
We
went
into
the
store
where
an
extremely
unfriendly
employee
told
us
"that
couldn't
be
the
case"
and
"these
problems
had
never
happened
before"
and
that
it
was
"the
way
we
handled
the
jewelry"
-
it
was
because
of
the
way
we
handled
the
jewelry.
As
a
woman,
I
neither
use
hairspray
nor
use
perfume,
which
many
women
actually
use.
It
was
then
insisted
that
we
were
handling
the
jewelry
incorrectly.
It's
good
to
read
that
we're
apparently
not
the
only
ones
who
have
had
such
experiences.
Over
time,
my
mom's
necklace
with
the
pearls
has
grown
in
two
places
on
the
wire
to
which
the
pearls
are
attached,
so
that
my
mom
can
no
longer
wear
it
because
it
hurts
her
neck.
The
dog
coin
fell
off
after
4
weeks
and
was
also
completely
discolored.
And
YES
a
dog
runs
around
outside
with
it,
so
it
should
be
normal
that
the
trailer
at
least
holds
up.
It
goes
without
saying
that
it
no
longer
looks
new
after
4
weeks.
But
the
fact
that
the
entire
coating
comes
off
is
really
not
normal.
I
received
3
new
products
to
compensate
for
my
2
completely
discolored
rings
and
a
voucher
for
a
broken
bracelet.
Believe
it
or
not,
I
was
extremely
careful
to
ensure
that
no
water
got
on
any
of
the
rings,
I
basically
treated
them
like
gold
and
what
is?
They
are
discolored
again
😅
My
friend's
earrings
are
now
even
discolored
at
the
back
of
her
ear
after
wearing
them
because
the
chunky
hoops
probably
rub
off
too.
I
like
to
pay
a
lot
of
money
for
good
jewelry
and
as
I
said,
I
probably
have
15
good
pieces
of
jewelry
at
home,
but
that
just
can't
be
right.
Not
for
such
high
prices
and
for
the
promise
of
quality.
My
mother
has
now
ordered
another
heart
coin
for
my
grandma
for
Christmas,
I
hope
that
she
won't
be
disappointed
if
it
changes
color
again.
I
have
jewelry
from
another
brand,
from
another
store
in
Cologne,
that
I
wear
every
day,
even
when
washing
my
hands,
and
it
looks
like
new.
No
coating
whatsoever
that
matters.
Unfortunately,
that's
why
I
only
give
it
an
honest
2
stars,
even
though
I
find
the
store
and
the
employees
(except
one)
very,
very
nice
and
the
store
is
beautiful,
as
is
the
jewelry
itself.
Unfortunately,
no
more
Fafe
jewelry
for
me
in
the
future
