Wir waren schon mehrfach in dem Laden und waren soweit zufrieden. Meine beiden Töchter haben da sich ohrlöcher stechen lassen von einer sehr netten Verkäuferin. 1, 5 Stunde vor dem Feierabend hat sie den beiden Ohrlöcher gestochen . Das ganze hat 30 bis 40 min gedauert. Leider habe ich da nicht so viel Glück dabei. Beim ersten Mal wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die in eine Stunde schließen und es nicht mehr machen. Ok. Bin dann extra nochmal hin ,haben ja laut Internet bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Leider wieder abgesagt da der Laden doch um 20 Uhr schließt, Personalmangel. Es war 19 Uhr ,zwei Mitarbeiter im Laden ,kein Kunde weit und breit.Ich wurde schnell einfach an die anderen Juweliere die sich im Haus befinden verwiesen. Nun wenn ich da mein Geld lassen würde wollen, wäre ich wohl sofort dorthin gegangen. Beim ersten Mal konnte ich es noch verstehen.Beim zweiten mal nicht. Man sah die Lustlosigkeit und spürte dieses "oh nee habe jetzt echt kein Bock drauf" . Es ist für mich sehr enttäuschend, bin jedes Mal 30 km gefahren . Aber gut ,dann ist es halt so. Werde mich nach einem anderen Juweliere umschauen müssen. Dennoch 2 Sterne , für die , freundlichen ,nette Mitarbeiterin von früher .

Eine sehr hilfsbereite und nette Dame vor Ort. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Diamantenring und wurde sehr gut beraten. Das Sortiment ist riesig und gut gestaltet.
